We got here on a wet, muserable Sunday. As we entered we were offered a glass of Prosecco, mince pies and Quality Street. What a lovely surprise and thank you to everyone of the staff, you were all so lovely.

Extremely poor customer service. The young sales guy asked his older colleague for help only to be rebuffed by Mr Grumpy who had ignored our presence. After standing waiting for 15 minutes we left. Thier loss as I was about to buy some salopettes @ £400...!As a former regular customer I certainly will not be back.

I can not praise Niko and Alan enough. Both are extremely knowledgeable.Its a pity that you do not carry enough stock and never have the items I require. If you want to do country clothing don't call yourself a chandlery

Decided to try this place recently for filling a couple of diving tanks. Disappointing experience, will not rush back. The guy who dealt with me was pretty surly and I was made to feel like a bit of an inconvenience - they had some training on that day and he appeared a bit disgruntled to have had to duck out to attend to a customer. As a result the fills were rushed - blasted straight up to 250 bar - I have never had tanks get that hot on filling in over 20 years diving - and, as expected, they had cooled to 200 bar when I came to use them. So - poor fills, not cheap and an unfriendly experience overall. Not impressed.
