Really pleased and sorted the problem ASAP thanks

When my TV aerial came off its fixtures/lashings and was swinging dangerously by my window, I was very badly let down by another company. I found myself trying to find alternatives and the lady who answered the telephone here could not have been more courteous and sympathetic to me. She went above and beyond to try and help and, althought the first company did eventually turn up, I wish I had gone with this company to begin with.
