Very poor standards of housing and lack of professional service, they are sister company to LIVNLET another unqualified Bristol agency working to scam young tenants into poorly provided accommodation all they want is your rent money they chose to ignore ongoing issues that breach health and safety standards on both Google review Web pages the one star reviews all state the same issues. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.ROOM2RENT AND LIVNLET ARE SCAM AGENCIES.

Unannounced visits from the agency and landlord (weekends, evenings ect).Lack of communication with the agency.Poor standards of housing e.g. no water pressure or heating.Lack of basic safety and security throughout property.Overall not great and no sign of any improvements.
