Big thank you to Ben at Julian Haines. I was looking for new bowls with less bias and he was very helpful. Not only did I get to try some different woods, Ben also bowled them and compared them to my existing bowls.

Be very careful when ordering from this company. I ordered new bowls trousers two weeks ago. On Friday 4 Feb they emailed to suggest the size was out of stock - yet the website when I ordered accepted the size I wanted. The said new stick was due on 9 Feb and would be sent the same day. Today, still no sign of trousers and my email has been rejected as undelivered. Also, their website is no longer loading. Just a warning to be very careful before ordering!
