Dharam is fantastic, so professional and puts you at ease. It's a lovely calm venue. The massage is first rate, I suffer with tight hamstrings and I come out feeling amazing and stretched out. Highly recommend.

Opted for the deep tissue, was greeted and oriented by Atlanta. The session went for about 45 minutes. I felt great afterwards. Very professional and great overall service. I will be definitely booking future appointments.

Had various massage/sports therapists in the past, but none have been as good as SMSM. Have going here for several months now and it’s really made a positive impact on my health, ability to train, and well-being. It’s rare to find a therapist who can make a serious impact on injuries/problem areas without causing pain. Atlanta is a star - her knowledge and passion shines through in every session and is skilled enough to make a sports massage relaxing - something I haven’t experienced before. The clinic environment, appointment booking and communication is all top quality at SMSM. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I booked a Swedish/Deep tissue massage thorough Groupon. It was affordable and the booking time was convenient for me. The place is not very easy to find, however there are further directions once you reach the main building.My masseuse, Atlanta, was lovely!- very friendly and very professional too.I was offered water upon arrival and the room was nice and warm too. The massage for approx 50min, very relaxing.I definitely recommend communicating your needs or preferences with your therapist prior treatment.Overall, would definitely recommend.

Been visiting SMSM Therapy since 2020 as during COVID whilst working from home I developed back pains and neck pain due to not sitting correctly whilst working at home. It has been the best thing as I no longer Have the pains I was experiencing within my back and neck area.I continue to go in for routine check up’s just to keep the body in tip top shape and honestly it’s the best investment into myself I have made. What I most enjoyed is that from day one I get a full body examination of my form/ posture and then got explained down to every detail what my muscles / skeletal structure was doing based on the examination. Staff are extremely helpful , friendly and most importantly accommodating to fit around your schedule. Highly Recommend

I have been seeing Dharam for over a year now to keep my body in good shape, but particularly my back. I originally had a bad knot in my upper back for around 4 years that I was just putting up with and, thanks to him, it's no longer there. I'm also prone to injuring myself when I exercise so it's been great to see Dharam who's always there to rescue me. He's very easy to talk to if you fancy a chat during your treatments too. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience (deep-tissue massage). Had cupping done as well which I was not expecting. Atlanta was fantastic and very competent at what she does. Would recommend.

I came to see Dharam Vyas at SMSM therapy for lower back pain and knee pain which occurred after training for marathon and martial arts. After seeing three specialists, Dharam was the only one who made the perfect diagnosis (inflammatory condition) and made the pain disappear through massage and other techniques such as cupping. I highly recommend you to see Dharam if you are training for any sport disciplines. Dharam is the most peaceful, highly talented and patient therapist I have ever seen.
