Rhianna was so kind and informative before my hot stone massage and aromatherapy facial. She kindly asked about my skin concerns and also checked what pressure to be used during my massage as well as asking if any areas needed extra focus. I’ve left feeling so relaxed and refreshed and will definitely be back for more treatments!

Beautiful relaxing surroundings, particularly like the jacuzzi that was more private and relaxing than any I have been in before and my head, neck, shoulder, back and scalp massage was amazing!!

4hr relaxation spa and excellent facial treatment. Loved the hydro pool and jacuzzi. Everywhere nice and clean.

I love the otium spa, had facial treatment very happy with that the only thing I was disappointed with is the spa jacuzzi water isn’t very warm the pool is warm but the jet water is cold to luke warm when you put the Jets on and the shower is freezing that’s the only reason I have given 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really used to enjoy coming to this spa until they changed their procedures. When I last came to visit, I was given a wristband to use the facilities (as I always do).. however, this time I was asked to provide them with something “valuable” such as my car keys or my mobile phone so that I don’t forget to give back the wristband? I’ve never forgotten to give this back and when I asked why this was, they said some customers forget to give the wristband back.. are you telling me that you collect a valuable item from each and every single customer when they visit the spa (considering you have many visitors a day) to use your facilities? It’s such a ridiculous process. If management actually thought about how ridiculous this process is, and implemented a simple procedure such as informing the customer that if they forget to return their wristband they will be charged £2, I’m sure people would think twice before leaving! I personally felt singled out when I was asked to hand something over because not every customer was asked to do this. Furthermore, I’ve been provided with inconsistent information over the phone when I tried booking a service, literally different answers every time I called and if your calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes (which they should be for compliance purposes) you will see how incompetent the receptionist is. 1. Get your website in order with correct prices and 2. Have the information infront of you when dealing with customer queries 3. Please stop asking random customers to hand over their car keys in exchange for a plastic wristband! Will not be coming here again!

Misleading prices. Don't book this spa for your loves ones.I came here for a massage which was gifted to me. Massage was good, however upon leaving the premises I was asked to pay extra, even though my session was paid for in full. I had even called and got verbal acknowledgement from the receptionist that spa access was included prior to the appointment. On the website when booking the massage, it clearly shows that spa access is £0.00 when booking a massage.Furthermore, the way I was approached about paying this extra amount was completely inappropriate. After finishing my session, and getting ready to leave the premises, just before opening the door I was told that I 'owed' money. This is not how you talk to a customer, let alone any person.After asking what this charge was for, the receptionist (same receptionist who I called and confirmed spa access was Included) could not give me an answer, and just stood there with a blank stare. To avoid wasting my time I promptly paid and left and would deal with it later.The extra charge here is not the issue, it's the attitude from the receptionist in dealing with this matter which was very unprofessional, and the transparency of the services. How can you charge a customer extra without explaining what it's for? I would not recommend visiting Otium Spa, especially if you're thinking about buying your loved ones a spa gift voucher, as most likely their website will mislead you, and they will end up paying extra at the door, literally.Unacceptable, hostile environment. The complete opposite of what a Spa should be like.

Got rid of a week-long tension headache, and solved my difficulties sleeping in just half an hour! I will definitely be returning!

Rachel is such a great Leader, has a great team and is an expert in her field. She makes you feel relaxed, calm and completely at ease! The treatments are enjoyable, the venue is clean and the welcome is warm!

The way the spa is integrated into the leisure centre is a bit weird at times. You go from the main room to the changing rooms and find you're in the changing room for the main leisure centre. Similarly the door from the jacuzzi to the pool takes you into the main pool.Apart from that though it's excellent. Very good massage, then the room with the loungers, and you go downstairs for the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzis.

The facilities were nice and clean. But the guests were extremely loud, whether screaming or talking loudly on phone calls; it really disturbed the atmosphere. I went there on August 31st, for my birthday, for a relaxing day as my job had been quite stressful. I paid for the spa experience package, which was 4 hours, and on the website, I started an hour towards a massage. I booked my massage for 2 pm. I arrived early and still wasn't seen til after 2 pm and it was only for 45 minutes. I asked for medium/firm but got light at best. All in all, I wish I had a better experience to give a better review. Sadly, I did not.
