Staff are excellent very friendly and welcoming, very clean, and good parking. Especially the Manager who goes out of her way to welcome everyone.

Although the women's football was on we found a quiet spot outside in the beer gardens and no one made us feel we should be there even the locals spoke to us and I love the fact they had a corner part of the bar as I walked in so I didn't disturb anyone enjoying the game. Next time we go we may try the food.

Loses at least one star for not being open when attempted to visit at 12.30, Thurs, day of this post. Perhaps opening later maybe 4 but then online hours should be updated.Did once upon a time have two pool tables which may be extravagant but were none on last visit- came to take a look if one returned but as said, shut. Went Woolpack which had at least 15 customers so its not like theres no call for it to be open at this time. Good enough pub otherwise

The White Horse
Atmospheric old world pub with poole, darts, TV & some great tunes. Car parking & outside area. Felt really at home must go back for the quiz or a music night.Another local business to support. It may not have food but there is plenty of that elsewhere. This is a pub enjoy it!
