Some staff members needs to learn customer service basics. Instead of asking who is next ... serve randomly, waited for 20minutes to be served . Advised I don’t have a ticket so other people has to go in front of me even they just arrived .I loved the shop , however it was a last time I have shopped here ....

My other half brought my engagement ring from here, we took it back as it was too small and he paid more to have it send away to be made bigger, it took absolutely ages and they didn’t let us know when it was back. Within a couple of months one of the diamonds fell out! We went in there and the lady remembered us and obviously our details were on their computer from when he paid to have it sent off and yet because I’d lost my receipt they wouldn’t do anything

Rubbish the sell rubbish cheap and nasty stuff! Looks pretty under the store lights but I've now had two different presents from 2 different occasions and both fell apart ffs-1 was pair of silver hoop earrings with sparkly stones" turned out the "stones" were a bit of paper that just peeled off!!! My 2nd was a lovely silver bracelet with 2xrows of stones and that fell apart in less than 3xdays!!! They did replace or exchange for credit but most of the stock I can't wear as it contains nickel in most of their jewellery...so now I have a credit note that only lasts for 6xmths for a shop that I can't wear most of their stuff lol rubbish"

Horrible experience at Lakeside, I politely asked to look at a gold chain - was told they could not take the chain out of the window, I had to buy it first. Never heard this before, ‘buy before you look’…. Shop Assistant said it was ‘company policy’ I might run off with it!!!!!

ANYONE buying from Warren james be very careful they are just after your money as soon as you have an issue they are unwilling to help you I personally bought a ring with my birthday money and after just 20 days it has gone a funny colour and they blamed me for the issue of the ring they said they have no duty to tell customers of the quality of the ring and no duty to tell you when a manager will be available to speak to... they were so rude to me I am disgusted and want to let you all know what your getting yourself into and if you can find what your looking for do so because you'll get no help from then when it goes wrong.
