We Clean Brighton

I wish I had read the reviews of Mark’s company prior to booking and rebooking with him. I would advise anyone looking for an end of tenancy clean to search elsewhere if you would like a stress free experience. We Clean Brighton was the cheapest company I found for an end of tenancy clean and should have known it was too good to be true. I scheduled Mark to clean my flat on the last day of my tenancy and he cancelled with less than one hours notice. I asked if he could come another day as my landlady had kindly let me keep the keys a few extra days to ensure a full clean was carried out. He rearranged for two days later and cancelled at 11pm the night before the 8.45am booking. I am now left without a cleaner and potential loss of deposit due to not being able to find a replacement cleaner to conduct an end of tenancy clean as stipulated in my contract.It appears to me that Mark is too laid back to run a one man reputable company and picks and chooses what jobs he would like to show up for. Consider yourself very lucky if this man turns up on time, if at all, for your booking. Do not waste your time and energy on this company. Moving is stressful enough. Stay well clear and pay extra to hire a reliable company.

They cleaned the rooms in a good level BUT the carpet service was awful! They didn't turn up to clean it as they promise on the website landlord satisfaction guarantee" with a lack of response as well!VERY DISAPPOINTED.....Our Landlord charged us more than £1

Booked for post tenancy house clean. Lots of text exchanges confirming. Then DIDN'T TURN UP on the morning. No call, no text. We finally chased Mark down and got a half-hearted apology. Please, Please do not use this company. There are many similar reviews which I wish I'd read before booking. He's a one man band, who presumably either over books, or just can't be bothered some mornings

Mark is untrustworthy and unprofessional. He arrived at our house for an end of tenancy clean on the 22nd of August promising in his initial email to clean our house from top to bottom. He spent a day cleaning and received full payment for his efforts, with the assumption and the assurance that he would return the following day to finish the job. Mark did not return the following day and ducked and avoided all efforts to get in touch with him. He has still not given a notable reply and we are now left in a sticky situation where we not only have to finish the cleaning of the property ourselves but we also have to pursue a refund through citizens advice and the police. Something we will endeavour to do!Could recommend a service less and I’m shocked by the mans unprofessionalism and lack of integrity.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! After checking with Mark 3 times that the end of tenancy clean will take place on the agreed date and time... they never turned up!!! Had his phone turned off, no email reply, could not get through to them. SO disappointing and the unnecessary stress they added to my end of tenancy. The lack of professionalism is absolutely unbelievable. I should've listened to all the negative reviews this company (Mark) has!

1 hour before Mark Wane (owner) was meant to show up he cancelled via text message. Totally unprofessional. Would avoid if you want reliability and professionalism. EDIT: My partner is the one who booked with Mark, and Mark just called her up and was yelling and swearing at her for this review.

I highly recommend mark and his crew. He gave me an amazing price for end of tenancy cleaning and they did a fantastic job. My landlord said that the flat was left spotless, which is a very good indication of the job they do.

There is nothing I can fault with this cleaning company. Utterly exceptional cleaning standards, a lot cheaper than other cleaning companies out there and We Clean Brighton has been added to my phone book for future end of tenancy cleans.

I would give no stars if possible!I planned an end of tenancy clean this Saturday, as I was handing in the keys on Monday morning. I received a confirmation email and was reassured that We Clean would tend to my property. We Clean DID NOT SHOW UP, unable to get through to mobile number and also no reply to emails. I booked this as I have a baby and toddler and now I am having to spend my Sunday cleaning my full house thanks to this let down of a company.Use this company at your own risk!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I booked an end of tenancy clean in advance. On the day of the clean they sent a message asking if they could just come tomorrow instead. As this was the last day of the tenancy I had to say no as I had to give up my keys that evening. They never answered any further messages or calls and never turned up. Very stressful on moving day!! Avoid We Clean Brighton at all costs, they will only let you down.
