Bupa Dental Care Dereham

I had a wonderful scale and polish hygienist appointment on Friday at 10am with Ijeomah Okwumbu who is really an expert at getting teeth from a stained state into gleaming and white and fresh again. Ije was very thorough and got a lot of stubborn stains off my teeth which are not easy to scale and polish. She is a highly skilled, highly trained professional with a lot of expertise and I would go as far as to say she is brilliant at what she does. I am extremely pleased with the results. 100 out of 10!

Hasier is a great dentist and it's a good practice. I'm an incredibly nervous dentist goer (I hate it), but he's really good at what he does and very patient with my nerves-- I'll be taking my toddler to see him soon too.I've also had invisalign treatment with hasier at the practice and the results have been amazing. I spent 30 years being self conscious of my smile and putting treatment off, but when hasier started doing invisalign I booked on and the results happened more quickly than I could have hoped.Practice is clean and well managed, there were a couple of moody staff there who weren't very customer centric on the desks as you go in but haven't seen them in a while and hasn't been a problem

Dr Sheetal and Kiara were excellent!Dr Sheetal explained every step of the treatment carried out today, andI felt totally comfortable with everything! They were both so nice!

Great dental experience for my 5yr old; a warm welcome from reception, brilliant bedside manner from Andrew enabling a full checkup plus a filling on first appointment - thoughtful goodie bag with teethbrushing sticker chart and crayons, reasonably priced private care… proof that childrens dentistry doesn’t have to be stressful!Many thanks to all involved

I went in for a filling, and all the staff were all really friendly. Sheetal was patient and chatty when doing the drilling, especially when I was uncomfortable. Aaron was lovely too, and gave me reassurance and a helpful dentist crocodile. Both were kind and understanding, and made my experience so much better. I knew I didn't need to be scared when the wellbeing of my teeth were in their hands.

I was dreading having my tooth out and injections in my mouth, but I had such wonderful care from Dr Joel, that I'm fine with it all. The worst wasn't all that bad, and he's got a wicked sense of humour. Thanks also to his lovely assistant, who was kind and gentle and reassuring. I'm officially not scared of the dentist any more!

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough!Bupa Dental Care Dereham is by far the best surgery I have ever visited.I work offshore so when I am home I like a stress free and easy life. I have a lot to fit in and don't have a lot of spare time while home but my visit here this trip was such a pleasure I feel the need to write about it..Firstly when I stepped into the surgery I was greeted by Julie at reception who was extremely warm and welcoming. As this was my first time at this surgery I had some paperwork that needed doing to tie in with my private package with my company. She sorted all of this for me, saving me the hassle and having it all done and complete for when I had finished my treatment.I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't even have to wait to be seen and my appointment was perfectly on time which can be a huge waste of time at other practices.My dentist Cristina is an absolutely amazing dentist and her service is second to none. As I walked in she was very pleasant and made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. Her work is nothing short of excellent, she does a real thorough professional job and she gives great advice as well. Cristina is lovely and I couldn't wish to have a better dentist.I would also like to mention Aaron who was working alongside Cristina. He was also absolutely top class and gave a real professional service while being friendly and helpful during my visit.Overall I would rate Bupa Dental Care Dereham and my Dentist 11 out of 10..Thank you so much.
