Dr Hadi Manji

Appalling! Don’t bother with this Dr. Awful customer service and his PA never responds to you. Don’t think his PA realises how important customer service and speed/word of mouth is when it comes to a private doctors reputation. Plenty of other neurologists around what makes them think he is so special and that patients are going to hang around waiting for him?!

Dr Hadji Manji - avoid at all costs if you don’t want to risk what service you get! It took me some time to be able to schedule an appointment (this is when the bells should have started ringing for me but they didn’t!)! After my video consultation and collecting his fee - it was impossible to get in touch with this doctor or his PA, even my GP failed and had to send me to see someone else. I have read the reviews on him and they are good which makes me think that either something terrible has happened to him and his PA and their whole office so they couldn’t get in touch or he just doesn’t care about his patients past his fee collection!
