Anella is an absolute star! I had my brows mapped and waxed with an eye mask and a purple face mask thing too! I’ve had my brows done many times and this is the most relaxing and painless experience so far, I will be back again and again. Its so easy to book/reschedule. Totally worth paying a little extra to feel pampered. Never been into brands or anything before but I’m definitely feeling the Benefits ;)

Just want to say a big thank you to Anella for my brow transformation. I have had my brows done twice now and they look so good! So nice to have someone listen to exactly what you want done and ensure you are happy before leaving. It’s so quick and easy! Got my next few appointments booked in already :)

My brows looked absolutely fabulous and so did my mums. I had mine done for prom and Anella the girl was who did them did my makeup for me. Highly recommend. Absolutely loved them

Really lovely young woman Lisa (the willows boots) helped me on the Benefits counter, professional and very interested. She then passed me on to Lancome counter who was also very good. Refreshing to get great service. Thank you

i just wanted to write a review as i visited Anella on the benefit counter for my brows today. i was very nervous for anyone to touch my brows as i’ve had bad experiences in the past. Anella was so attentive and listed to all my brows needs. she made me feel so at ease and i love my brows. She is such a lovely girl and i’ve already booked for my next appointment with her! thank you again!

I took my 12 year old daughter to the benefit counter for a makeover to choose some makeup for her birthday. Anella provided excellent customer service and was really friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure my daughter was comfortable and happy with the items she was using on her. We bought almost everything Anella used on her, and when one item was out of stock, she went over and above by helping us find a similar product from another brand. Anella also helped me with my own eyebrows and helped me get best value for money by letting me know about free products and promos. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back! Thank you!
