What a joke of a company!!They have failed to deliver my package 4 times now. Left a card with my full address the 1st time as I was out. 2nd-4th time I have been told the package DOESN’T HAVE MY ADDRESS!! Despite the card left the 1st with my full details on.I have asked 3 times now to pick my package up from the post office or depot and they keep sending it out for ‘Delivery’.When I called to sort it the last time, the phone was put down on me.Don’t bother with this company, being owned by Royal Mail has done nothing to sort their piss poor Costner service!

I know I won’t be at home when the driver is trying to deliver my parcel, so I drop a message of deliver to neighbour, they didn’t try. That’s fine, but no card left in the mail box. The tracking system told me that the driver should have leave the card and read the details on it to see what to do in the next step. I don’t know what to do so I decided to give the depot a visit.As soon as I step in to the door. This old man with glasses and Hi-Vis just decided to be so rude, or maybe because I am a Chinese, and his attitude is literally telling me to Fxxk off I’m not serving you and the world owe him, just not being helpful. I just want to know how can I get my parcel without the card message! This service is totally unacceptable and non-professional at all!!!

Didn’t deliver, cannot arrange nothing over the phone, absolute waste of time. I would never recommend Parcel Force. 100% not user friendly Ho and my the driver put the incorrect reference number on the left cardT. Bisgrove

Thought being owned my Royal Mail would change them but no not at all.It’s happened on so many occasions, as my supplier uses parcelforce to the products to me well in 24 hours as it states everywhere and 2 weeks and still not received my parcel.Yesterday 4/9/23 I visited parcelforce reading and this specific gentleman a older bloke in a high vis and a glasses, just decides to be rude to me and tries to show attitude, and I don’t give two craps, I’m your customer and you are the company giving me service drop the attitude and serve me properly and as soon as I pulled my phone out and he saw me started recording he changed his tone and started to crack jokes.Now I know how to TREAT him when I visit again, because I will and my supplier uses them for item they return to depot for no reason and then claim will be delivered tomorrow 27 hours later, WHEN THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED DELIVERY.Parcelforce tell me when they attempted this delivery including the time and I will review my cctv footage and delete this review.

Waited with a friend all day for parcels - and it's literally a 9 minute drive from our location to theirs.Suddenly the status updates to 'delivery refused by addressee' - a blatant lie given we waited AT the main entrance to the building all day. They also claimed they weren't able to call my friend - despite me confirming that she's still recieving calls.In short, they're incompetent and unable to take responsibility for that fact, instead opting to lie to customer's faces instead.

Extremely bad service! My parcel was never delivered to the addresee and send back to me, but no card was posted through my door. I do not even where my parcek is currently located, and how to receive my parcel back. The person who was trying to deliver the parcel is P PRANDINI , who did not leave any card through my door with information where my parcel is located. Unacceptable service!

Driver did not deliver parcel but claimed to do so. I was at home all the time windows wide open plus no card was left behind. Most dishonest company I have ever seen.

Without doubt the worst, most awkward courier service in the UK. Staffed by jobsworths ( Jerry their driver who covers Farnham Common, Bucks) who revel in the ex monopoly status of this ridiculous company. A perfect example of British business decline. The delivery drivers are almost all rude, aggressive and anti customer service ( Jerry that covers Farnham Common, Bucks). I cannot wait for drone deliveries to start so I dont have to deal with this outfit ever again. Depressing.

Drove into our business premises and out again without delivering 2 parcels that were on a pre noon delivery so obviously urgent! 10 staff cars parked outside the building so quite obvious there were people about on the premises. Also open roller shutter door with people working inside. All recorded on Cctv. Collected parcels from Reading depot to be told it's quite normal they hear it every day!

It was never delivered every time! My address was not found at all! I've been at home and always say no one is home to receive packages! It’s really ridiculous, why can your company survive to this day without going bankrupt? I really don’t understand how your delivery driver does things? And I can’t contact your driver and observe your delivery route! The service is really bad and terrible!
