Absolutely faultless product and service. An exceptional gin that works well with a variety of mixers - or just delicious on it's own. Never quite tasted a gin like it. This is a truly premium gin and whilst it's more expensive that your everyday gins, it's worth every penny.The speed of delivery and presentation of the gin hamper was sublime and makes an amazing gift. The jute bag is quality and adds to the premium feel.The customer service was absolutely first class. Its a small business so what you receive is that personal touch that can't possibly be matched by the bigger companies. I spoke with Richard and honestly he went above and beyond to deliver a truly outstanding customer experience.Finally, don't chuck the beautiful bottle when you're done - it looks fab filled with tiny fairy lights!Do yourself a favour, buy a hamper and enjoy!

I ordered a gift hamper, but managed to mess up the address and not include the gift message. A quick contact to Richard and everything was sorted, the joys of dealing with a company where the service matters.The hamper was delivered on the intended day and the receipient was blown away by the quality of the items and the gin itself.Since the hamper I've purchased the gin myself and enjoy the strong juniper taste with the aromatic florals left on the palette. Paired with Fever Tree Mediterranean or Rhubarb and Raspberry tonic, this gin is one I'll return to again and again.

I ordered a gin hamper for my son in law for Xmas so afraid I can't comment on the taste. However, the hamper looks amazing with a fabulous jute bag with leather straps. I only placed one order but somehow managed to miss someone's name off the card as well as being a tad late with the delivery. Despite there being no number I emailed and Richard called me back within 2 hours and could not have been more helpful. Bent over backwards to help me with my issues solved and the package arrived the very next day! I personally didn't taste gin but was told it was divine - could not recommend more!

Calling all gin lovers! Anyone who loves gin, should try Sing Gin. Made with grapes rather than grain it's a bit different (and better) than many other gin as it has a really silky smooth texture. I love the fact the family behind the bottle are so proud of their Yorkshire roots. Plus, the elegant bottle looks great on my cocktail trolly. Try simply with tonic or in a dry martini.

A few years ago I met with James and Richard Thompson, whilst at the Bubwith Gin Festival, which was sponsored by The Jug and Bottle. There were many, many gins to try and equally many manufacturers peddling their wares. I bought more than one bottle to take home and try. THE one gin that stood out and that I have revisited more than once, is SING GIN.If you are seeing this on their review list, you will know the alcohol comes from two types of grapes, NOT grain. This makes for a light, almost floral top note that is smooth and delicious. The aromatics then add to this and extend the flavour even more; I could not divide out the individual contents, it is a 'SING' flavour and one that I really like!The next bottle I ordered arrived almost the next day, in a package that is more than a tad robust. The bottle is, of itself, a work of art and all the details are embossed onto the glass and around the neck. No paper labels here. It's too nice to throw out.That first bottle was so popular with my visiting family, I never even managed to get a drink; I was working the barbecue and hoping for a nice cool drink when finished. Not a hope... all gone.The second and third bottles went to choice friends and family as birthday presents. I never got a drink from them, all consumed.The fourth bottle, earlier this year was being saved for the summer. About this time COVID hit my in-laws and my Wife and I were kept busy running around after them, no time for gin.Visiting family also helping with Mum and Dad in law, discovered my SING GIN and set about it each evening to relax. I like my family to relax; it's what a good host does. I did not touch the gin, assuming since the bottle was new and full, I would at least have a few, outside in the sun of an evening. Not a hope, all gone and the bottle in the bin!Yesterday I ordered my fifth bottle and it arrived today at about 14:00 hours. I immediately made myself a drink with tonic, ice and some crushed mint leaves and then went and sat in the garden to enjoy the sun and the Sing.I wrote an email thank you note to Richard, for his excellent delivery service, his delicious gin and related the tale just told above. He called me back within the hour and we chatted.Honestly, who else can you buy something from, say 'thank you' by email and get a phone call soon after, where they thank YOU for liking their home-produced product?This is a personal nicety that was unexpected but gratefully received. What a very kind thing to do?Try this gin, it is unusually lightly flavoured, family made and tastes quite wonderful.I am making these comments to recommend to others from my own experience. There is no bribery involved. I drink SING because it is good.

We sent the Pink Luxury Gin Hamper as a Christmas gift. The recipient said she felt thoroughly spoilt by the unbelievable packaging and endless contents. The gin was sublime. Delivery was superb. Dealing with Richard was a pleasure and would definitely be using Sing Gin again.

The service was excellent, when the package was delayed, I received a personal email offering other pick up solutions, which I thought was excellent, considering the delay was from the delivery company and during the busy Christmas period.
