Unable to contact, no call back. Weeks waiting for the simplist of things, if you dare to say anything, indifference and stone walled, another business that has forgone customer care over business needs like so many other today. They abuse the fact you have been given no other option than to use their services due to vehicle restriction. Very Poor.

My daughter had a poor experience at WJ King Bexleyheath and with the help of Mr Greg Parfitt from WJ King Head office. We were sent to WJ King Bromley to have some issues on the car rectified. We were dealt with by Graham from the service department and he and the department as a whole were excellent. He kept us informed and engaged at all times. And was very courteous and professional throughout. Thank you Graham for going the extra mile.
