I Love Wallpaper

Absolutely perfect service from I Love wallpaper! This is the second time i have used them and will certainly be going back for the lounge! I mess up the delivery of my order, but it was easily sorted very efficiently by a member of staff of web chat who simply couldn't do enough for me to assist. The packaging was brilliant and well wrapped.Many thanks guys!

Bought the Liquid Marble Wallpaper Blue, Bronze to do our bedroom and both rolls turned up with white marks / scratches every few meters on the roll. The customer service representative Amy handled the call well and sent us 2 new replacements next day delivery.The 2 new rolls were a different batch number so we were hoping the printing issue was sorted. Yet again the same issue. Phoned and spoke to a bloke this time who wasnt helpful and kept telling us it's not their job to check the rolls going out it's their manufacture even though their the seller. Was told because it was so little numbers they wouldn't email out customers saying the batch was faulty to give people a heads up to return.Ended up getting a refund and buying from Dunelm.

Won't be going back ...stuck with 2 rolls of wallpaper 52 pound ....Happy for you to spend hundreds...but not to return I never checked receipts ...as the lady said to me I can return never mentioned with in 4 weeks ..not like its gone out of date

Good choice of wallpaper and some that you won't get elsewhere. It is a lot cheaper on the official website. But do you want the hassle having to post it back if its wrong or u have too much

Wallpaper is nice. Couple of disappointing issues though. Ordered my wallpaper on Thursday, paid £6.95 for next day delivery, booked my decorator for Saturday.Friday evening still no delivery. Had to cancel my decorator but he wouldn't refund me because he had turned down other jobs. Cost £40Saturday rang to find out where my delivery was. Said they would open an investigation. Monday after finally got a call from DPD telling me it was left with a neighbour. So due to the drivers laziness of not leaving a card I'm now £40 down. Fuming about this.I find it disappointed that you pay for samples and then the cost isn't refunded off your order. Not sure I would order from this site again.

A well laid out wallpaper shop. There wasn't as big a range as I was expecting. It had the current popular styles in store. It wasn't busy so there was time to explore at leisure.

After spending hundreds of pounds in this shop over the years. I will never buy another thing from this company ever again. I wanted to swap a roll of wallpaper as I had bought too many, it wasn't a cheap roll, it was £22 & just wanted to swap one roll for something else & also buy another few rolls, but they would not let me swap it even though it was sealed, undamaged & can clearly see it had the company logo on it. Rather than let me change it & me spend more money in the shop, the staff were rude & let me walk out empty handed & a very unhappy customer. Waste of a 30 mile round trip drive, to be highly disappointed. You have lost a good customer & i will not be returning. Shocking customer services. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.
