Hi, myself and my lovely wife Shehnaaz were treated to a massage treatment at Sapphire Spa Therapy Centre. On arrival we were met by a lovely lady who made us both feel at home and very comfortable. After introducing us to both therapist we were offered drinks and time to change.Our treatments were just what the doctor ordered in lovely surrounding and wow we both definitely feel better for it today.There was no rush for us to leave and the team had time to hear about our work with Gloucester Feed The Hungry charity.We will both use Sapphire Spa Therapy Centre again and would highly recommend for all to try them. A truly amazing place which offers the most wonderful treatments and products all tailored to the individual.The massages I have received have gradually alleviated my aches and stresses and the facials are bespoke and luxurious. It is a little haven which never want to leave and far superior to any others I have visited.

I discovered Kayleigh's treatment services around the middle of 2021 and I would like to share my views as a regular customer.Before I started the treatments, I was unaware that certain muscle fibres actually existed in my body, and most notably how much pain/tension they had accumulated over the years.In simpler words, a non-ideal posture, desk work and sitting too much in front of the screens (any kind) had been slowly killing my back, shoulders and legs to the point where I would not even feel the tension and pain anymore (your body tends to 'numb' the pain over time, especially when it releases endorphins).After I began the treatments, I started noticing how I was engaging more muscle fibres than I would previously do, how my posture was slowly improving, and how I did not feel like I had pulled muscles in my shoulders after every day of work.Another remarkable side benefit of the treatments over time is that I learned how to relax, breathe and use my muscles in a way that is not damaging long term. Kayleigh and her team truly know their stuff, which is why I am super confident in their abilities, given that I am willing to travel a 100-mile round trip to have a treatment at her spa.As each body accumulates tension, stress and pain over time in various and different places depending on our lifestyle, it is mandatory to have a few treatment sessions so that you can discover what works for you, discuss your needs and pain points (pun intended!) with your therapist and adjust accordingly. Never get discouraged if you do not see results immediately - it is a journey, not a sprint/race!Kayleigh and her team will help you discover a new way of treating and helping your body, allowing you to enjoy life in a healthier, less knotty and more relaxed way!
