The young lady who served me was extremely pleasant and helpful and very patient (l was purchasing a watch with a stainless steel bracelet and I had links removed, replaced, removed...until I was happy with the fit!) Also, l was asked if l would like a tea, coffee or glass of prosseco which was a very nice touch! Overall, a very positive experience.

EDIT 13 Sept 2023 Since writing my original review I discovered the refitting of the strap was faulty as the pin sleeves were either removed or damaged when my watch strap was fitted. My watch strap now falls apart where the link was removed and I have been waiting since July to get this rectified in Birmingham. Still waiting for a solution to the problem. This is getting really frustating now and Its getting to the stage where I wish I hadnt walked in their shop.

The start of a long journey to get my Rolex. Today I got my Tissot Seastar 2000, and it really does live up to what the internet says. It is side by side with £2000 and £3000 upwards watches. And it still out performs them. Very please thank you for putting up with my window shopping.

I buy earrings I was for a refund it’s spot black on my earrings and nobody wear them before me to buy them they look like are oxidised she refused saying we don’t do refund to earrings is not hygiene and an receive it’s about refund but not for everyone

We were served by Liang and I enquired about a Vivienne Westwood watch, she kindly explained they don't stock it but she was happy to order it in. Instead I picked a lovely Hugo Boss ladies watch from the instore cabinet and the customer service from Liang was excellent. The watch was packaged beautifully and we took out insurance too, all details regarding the watch and aftercare was explained to us.

I wish all jewelers was this helpful and honest. Goldsmiths of Exeter, the staff are helpful and incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Quality jewelry goldsmiths is the brand to go for.

Just walked in as I was passing, researching a watch for myself and my son, plus requiring to get a Longines watch service. What a fantastic experience. Highly motivated and knowledgeable staff where nothing was too much trouble. They even served a coffee while booking in the watch for a service. Highly recommended

I was immediately greeted when I walked in and felt relaxed by Ryan. I wanted to try a watch on, that I have been eyeing up for a while now and in the end I tried on 3 but it was a very pleasurable experience. Ryan was very passionate and knowledgeable about watches. Although I didn’t buy the watch I wanted on the day as it is for my wedding day and I wanted to make sure it was the right choice, I will be back.
