Called to discuss a leak on a Sunday, no issues, discussed the problem, reviewed the leak via Whatsapp. Provided two quotes, one for emergency call out and one for normal working hours.Arrived on time, completed the work quickly and offered advice on a couple of other plumbing issues.Great service would recommend.

Just an example of how good these JD guys are. I had a nightmare with Scottish Power fitting a Smart Gas Meter. The guy went into our house, looked at our real gas flame fire and said it wasn't safe so he was going to cap off our gas supply meaning we would have no hot water and heating until a plumber could isolate the fire and then remove the cap. Called Jason at JD and he talked to the SP guy and 'explained' that hehad no idea what he was talking about. The SP guy still insisted on cutting it off. Jason then told me that I was in the right to insist he doesn't but off the gas and let Cadent come to properly assess the situation. I had no idea Cadent even existed! Jason talked me through what to do. Cadent turned up an hour later and said the fire was totally fine (as Jason predicted) and we still have gas!A few lessons to be learnt here.1. Never let people like Scottish Power turn your gas off.2. Use JD heating. These guys really do know what they are doing. They saved me £100s!!!!!!

We have had Jason from JD Heating and Plumbing come to do several jobs on our house. He is always very quick to respond, is very good value, does an excellent job, and always offers very helpful advice as well.

After several attempts from other plumbers for losing pressure in my boiler, after 20 minutes, JD diagnosed and fixed my boiler. Very impressed and will definitely use this company again. Great for any diagnostics and very knowledgeable.

Called JD Heating and Plumbing on a Saturday morning as my underfloor heating had stopped working. They arrived within 10 minutes of the phone call. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and the faulty part replaced. very reasonably priced for an emergency call out. Professional and excellent service given. I would highly recommend . Even received a follow up call to check the heating was still working well. Will definitely use again.

Just called to enquire about a leaking kitchen tap, was very rude over the phone. He seems very prompt with this words and tone. He has not even diagnosed the problem of the tap whether it be loose screws etc. Automatically assumed I needed a new tap and the price. Out of all the business I picked this as it had really good reviews. What a let down. If you are reading this you know who you are. Customer service 1/10
