Avoid! Booked an appointment for Saturday 6:15, when I turned up they said they could no longer see me? A simple message of cancellation would have been a professional way to inform me NOT at the door last minute?!Furthermore the quality of nail polish isn’t to the standard of other nail bars. Save your TIME, money and peace and go elsewhere!!

The older gentleman who did my nails was fast, efficient and always checked in with me if I like the way my nails look. The first salon in Leicester that did my nails great! Will be coming back here

They were really good. Very gentle, and he was nice. I asked him for a short ombre and he managed to do just that. He suggested a longer length but because of my job, I asked if I could have it short.

i absolutely loved this experience! clean environment, friendly staff, they have a variety of nail designs. i had to wait abit longer than usual but there was only 3 staff working. i was even given £5 off for the long wait. can’t wait to come here with my daughter!

It’s one of the rare salons that’s open beyond 5 pm. And that’s the reason I and my friends tried it out. Due to staffing issues we had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time. However, the owner was very apologetic and even gave us a £16 voucher which we could use on our next visit. I loved the staff, they were polite, efficient and did a very good job with all our nails.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I booked an appointment for 5pm and arrived to see there were 3 women also waiting for their appointments. They close at 6pm so I was wondering how they will manage. I found out after my nails are now COMPLETELY RUINED! I have long beautiful nails and he used an electric drill 3 different times to remove my gel!!! It’s been 2 days my nails still hurt and are so so weak and flimsy. Avoid if you want to keep the health of your nails!

Lovely service always. My go-to place for spa pedicure. Staff are lovely, very hard working. The massage chair is comfy. Overall, very good experience and would recommend.
