Lydia's classes are excellent, a great balance of a good yoga session with a lovely environment for mum and baby. The classes have been the best classes we've done since my little one was born, I come away feeling very refreshed and my little girl loves it too. Highly recommend!

My husband booked me a 1:1 yoga & massage session with Lydia and it was such a treat! I instantly felt calm and comfortable and really enjoyed the yoga routine which Lydia adapted as needed. Followed by a really relaxing massage, by the end of the morning I felt totally zen. I can’t recommend Lydia enough and will definitely book in for some of her classes again!

Lydia is incredible!! I was struggling with breastfeeding my newborn, and after two sessions with her I felt extremely supported and more confident. Lydia is incredibly knowledgeable on all things babies and mothers, is nurturing and oh so kind - which is very welcome when you’re in the depths of newborn survival! Thank you Lydia, I’m so thankful for your support when I needed it most!

Lydia’s postnatal yoga class is exactly what I needed, some time to focus on my body but with the understanding and space to have my little baby there with no pressure.And I can’t recommend her massages enough, she has such healing hands and I only wish I could have one everyday!

I’ve been attending Lydia’s postnatal yoga classes in Woodstock for the last few weeks and have found them amazing! The venue is easy to get to and has lots of parking. Lydia’s leading style is so relaxed and welcoming, she makes you feel so at ease no matter what else is going on. The yoga sequences she puts together have elements where you can personalise them to your ability or how you are feeling on the day, and there is always time to relax if you just need that too! You can bring your baby along with you (she provides blankets and toys in the centre of the room for them or you can bring along your own) or just take some time for yourself and come solo. I’ve brought my 4 month old to some classes and also attended them without him - either way, I would highly recommend the classes ☺️ Thank you Lydia!

I have absolutely LOVED Lydia’s pregnancy yoga classes. Lydia is so welcoming, calming and supportive. The course is gentle, and informative. Lydia will focus each weeks class on a different topic, whether that be positive thinking, nurturing your growing baby and bump, lovely labouring positions, more energised sessions. We then all finish up with a delicious herbal tea, biscuit and a good chat, which i always found so wonderfully supportive, loving and fun.A friend and i also booked onto one of Lydia’s breast feeding courses. It was so useful and confidence building. We both felt we could contact Lydia if were struggling once our babies were here and she definitely coached us through not only the practical side of breast feeding but also the importance of looking after you, postpartum. Making a plan that allows you to heal and bond with your baby.I am very much looking forward to catching up with Lydia and all the Mumma’s at Lydia’s Postnatal yoga sessions.I would highly recommend joining one of her classes, i did having only ever been to one other yoga session. I have come away with some lovely friends and greater understanding of relaxation.

I contacted Lydia in the early stage of my pregnancy and she drove me through it with her private yoga sessions and the experience has been a pleasure , looking after my body and soul through her thoughtful suggestions ,relaxing techniques and calming smile .I also contacted Lydia as a support to improve the quality of my breastfeeding ... The best way ever to be helped. And Lately she came to my house for a postnatal massage... Lydia's knowledge is great and her attitude towards people is professional and friendly and you feel like completely relying on her. Highly recommended.

I have been attending Lydia’s post natal yoga since 6 weeks post partum and can highly recommend! Lydia creates a lovely welcoming environment both for the mums and babies (with lots of toys to keep the little ones entertained). The yoga has been perfect to ease back into movement, but Lydia encourages you to take whatever you need from the class, be it modified moves, relaxation or just time to be with and connect with other mums and babies. Thank you Lydia!
