My old local, had many changes over the years. A new look, new management and it seems to be working for the best. Will start to go in alot more now. See some old friends

Drinks are over priced, the staff aren’t very polite. I enlightened the lady at the bar.. the landlord, I’m presuming it was about the drug use in the premises which she later on disclosed she was “FINE” with. Will NOT be returning. Could of filmed shameless in there.

Brilliant atmosphere, large interior, friendly locals, sports are played here, good staff, and entertainment on every weekend. Prices not bad either

I first visited this premises due to recommendations from people & may I 1st say I wasn't disappointed as on arrival it has amazing space with lots of seating area for meeting up with friends or just popping in for a quiet drink, when I approached the bar & the friendly bar staff I noticed there was aware of the large selection of drinks & promotions on offer (sadly I'm doing Sober October) but I ended up having soft drinks very value for money, - on the day / night I visited (which was a Friday) there was a DJ on who supplied the amazing tunes which kept everyone dancing & singing along. The locals who knew I was a new person in the premises made me feel very at home & lots of laughs were made, - The management has this great amazing team & place in the right way, speaking to the manager on my visit - there is lots of Charity events of which they have & still helping to raise - This is a premises that you should pay a visit either it's a quick stop off or a longer stay please pay this place a visit - Highly recommended - will be returning very soon for a much longer stay.

Great pub to drink in. The last 2 reviews were customers who had gone in for free drinks every day. Landlady with the blueish hair had tried to explain to them that it was one free drink per week for regular customers and they took offence. The landlady and the 2 girls who were working the bar were doing a great job with the covid rules and tried their hardest to meet everyones demands.

Friendly staff and local atmosphere. I only live around the corner, so we go in often and 9/10 we know someone in there. Great pub.
