GLOBE-TROTTER London Flagship Store

So I bought my wonderful little London Square a couple of months ago, and quite apart from feeling super pleased with it myself, it has been admired from far and wide!! How much do I LOVE this bag?It's style is discerningly different . Classic, elegant, with a touch of the whimsical. Dropped by today to repair a loose handle on my well used carry on case. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming -thank you! They went above and beyond and replaced all of the handle hardware leaving my case good as new. Highly recommend this shop.

I recently visited the store and purchased the London Square, I instantly fell in love with it! The staff were beyond amazing, they were super patient and kind and even treated me to some complementary drinks. I definitely recommend coming here, I will also return in the near future! For a while now, Globe-Trotter had a really nice looking and very spacious premises on Albemarble Street in the heart of Mayfair, which was only around the corner to and from Green Park tube station.Globe-Trotter luggage has always reminded me of the Harry Potter films, which is what I’d like to see.They have amazing quality leather in all of their accessories, e.g. wallets and passport covers.Until very recently, this British-English luxury luggage brand has somewhat decided to relocate back into the Burlington Arcade.Honestly, I don’t know why they did that but personally I do very much prefer their previous flagship store on Albemarble Street.As of March 2020, Oakley Capital (an investment group based in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea) now has as a majority stake within the Globe-Trotter Suit Case Co. Ltd – now whether that is a good thing or not, remains a highly debatable issue [Obviously that’s not for me to judge nor comment]However, I will always recommend anyone to have a visit inside this upmarket luggage boutique which is only located next door to the Royal Academy of Arts (off Piccadilly and right next to Savile Row)

I was hesitant to spend the money (and wait time) on a bespoke piece from Globe-Trotter. However, Abhi the sales consultant, made the process as seamless as possible! I'm a very detail oriented person but Abhi pointed out some additional details I could give input on to make my piece even more unique. I HIGHLY recommend that you give them a chance to make a bespoke piece for you. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased a new suitcase from here a few months ago and I’m incredibly pleased with it. The level of service I received from the moment I stepped in the store was awesome. I’d like to give a special thanks to Lilly who helped me throughout the entire process and took the time to explain all the various options and colours, nothing was too much trouble. Globetrotter are lucky to have her and I will definitely be going back there if I ever need anything else. Highly recommend.

Beautiful shop, staff were so welcoming and friendly. I had lots of questions and Lilly in particular was so helpful. If you want a timeless piece, it's the perfect choice.

The retailers are extremely responsive. They are always quick to respond to our issues. And of course they are very caring people. The exterior and interior of the store, as well as the staff, are clearly superb.

I'd give 10 stars if I could4.7 is a wildly underrated ranking because this store and this staff is nothing short of 5 stars. I actually flew from the US to the UK to pick-up the LAST suitcase available that I saw online (they offered to ship it, but the team was so nice over email and the suitcase was so cool I felt like it deserved an in-person experience).The whole experience was beyond expectations -- I got a really cool tour of the store and various collections with a ton of insightful knowledge about the process, the brand and great conversation with the team. Michael, Mike & Lilly are AWESOMEEEE and if I had a luggage company I'd try to poach them for myself hahahah (unfortunately I just run a marketing company and I'm looking for my out...)I really appreciated my time in this store and can't wait to get back -- it's more than just a shopping experience!!

My partner and I purchased 2 gorgeous suitcases from here, centinary and safari. The level of service we recieved from the moment we stepped in the store was awesome. Michael took the time to explain all the various options available to us and the colours, nothing was too much trouble, he took great pride in his work. He was even kind enough to show us the special James Bond options, much to my partners pleasure! the after care has been superb too. Highly recommend.
