Greatwood Primary School have leased two photocopiers from techoffice since October 2009. We have been extremely pleased with the service and value for money which the company has given us throughout this time.In June 2019, following recommendations from Shaun Manuel and Mark Pidsley from techoffice, we decided to install Papercut on our machines to try to both reduce printing costs and cut down on the huge amount of paper wastage which we were experiencing. The results have been excellent. Please see attached figures which show the savings we made comparing September 2018 with September 2019. This shows a saving of £190 during one month on our printing costs (which will equate to around £1700 saving within the first year on the basis of school being open for 9 months per year). In addition to this, we calculate the saving in paper costs to be around £22 per month.Papercut has also greatly increased our security of documents within school. Documents which before were printed remotely and left on the photocopier now have to be physically released at the machine by the sender. This allows for much greater confidentiality.The care we have received from techoffice throughout the lease has been excellent. The machines have been extremely reliable for the most part and any service calls made result in an engineer being with us no later than the following morning.Papercut has proved to be an extremely effective and cost cutting addition to our lease.We would highly recommend both techoffice and Papercut.

During my time working at techoffice I really felt as though I was treated like a person, not just an employee. The management team were always open to collaborations and ideas from the whole team. Training process were really great and I felt ready and comfortable in each position I worked in. I was sad to leave my position at techoffice, but they supported my career progression every step of the way.
