What can I say, very helpful staff, very knowledgeable, they always seem to have a wide range of sizes,in the shelves if not hold more stock in the back of the shop.The shop is always clean and tidy, and the staff always respect social distancing guidelines.

I don't get embarrassed by much so while not an issue for me, I can see how some men on there own may be a bit nervous going somewhere like Ann Summers. But the staff here are so friendly and straight away put you at ease, making for a pleasant shopping experience.

Visited Ann Summers in Norwich and I just want to say how amazingly helpful the sales consultant was. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name (she had long dark hair in a ponytail) but she couldn’t do enough to help me, she helped with my bra size ( I had been wearing the completely wrong size), I was made to feel completely comfortable even whilst standing in a thong and bra with a complete stranger. As a result I spent much more than I planned to but all my purchases are lovely quality and brilliant fit. Thank you Norwich Ann Summers xx

The staff are always so sweet, friendly, helpful and understanding. They are always willing to help and have such a wide choice in sizes, colours, styles. They usually get amazing promotions and deals on super often! I had my size measured by Paris today. They made me feel so welcomed, comfortable and accepted! Big kudos to that absolute sweetheart! ♡ :) They did an amazing job helping find my size.

I. Love. This. Store. For one the sale on at the moment is astonishing and I just get so happy whenever I walk in. The ladies working are so so kind and welcoming. Will point out the brilliant young redheaded girl with the Vivienne Westwood necklace, she is one of the nicest salespeople I’ve ever met and has such a kind nature to her, had such a great experience in there and look forward to my days off so I can pop in!!

I came in here the other day with my partner, and I can’t begin to praise the staff enough. They were so lovely and helpful, and the store was really well looked after. The only thing I’d recommend is having a bit more stock for plus size women, but apart from that, one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in regards to customer services.
