Called ABS as my Letting agent let me down when a new tenant moved in, to find the boiler had a fault. within a day they had the spare part and had it fitted. now with me working overseas and unable to be there at the time, ABS took control and contacted the tenant to arrange access and e mailed me the invoice. great service, will not hesitate to use again or recommend to others who are in need of an heating engineer who don't rip you off nor provide a service weeks after being required. thanks ABS

Don't use them had my boler worked on them and the work thay did only lasted a moth. No presser and new faults after thay had done. Now need a new boiler

Since our initial review about the poor service of Aberdeen Boiler Services, copied again below, instead of attempting to resolve the issue they’ve continued to ignore us and have now deleted review from their page and blocked us from contacting them. If anyone else local wants to share and shame them further please feel free!We had someone from Aberdeen Boiler Services who arrived to service our boiler, he failed to follow basic health and safety (couldn’t be bothered going back to van to bring in step ladders or dust sheets) and within minutes had somehow ripped the cupboard around the boiler off the wall, damaging the plasterboard.Andrew arrived later that day to survey the damage and promised us a full repair including repainting room as plastered patch would clearly show out with cupboard area. They duly sent a member of installation team to repair wall and cupboard but despite our now numerous calls and messages we still await details of when painting will be done. Constantly given excuse that Moira is dealing with it and they will ask her to call us back...she never does.Been a loyal customer of this firm for 9+ years and this is how they treat us...Not impressed and would no longer recommend them, clearly not interested in offering good customer service.

I contacted this company for the first time today as I had no heating or hot water. An engineer came out within a couple of hours, identified the problem, sourced a part and came back to fit it. Absolutely outstanding service from Jamie, professional, understanding & a genuinely lovely person. Cannot recommend this company enough!! Thanks for your service, really appreciated. Eleanor.

I needed my boiler fixed as quickly as possible, after another company 'serviced' it and left it not working. ABS gave me their first available appointment, Gary and the apprentice turned up just after the agreed time, fixed it, then ran it through a full test. First class work, could only have been better if they had been less busy and able to get to it earlier.

Chris arrived within the time window promised and was very professional from start to finish. He was here to fix a mess from another company and was able to quickly diagnose the issue & resolve it. He described all of his fault finding clearly and professionally as a he was working through. Really nice chap representng Aberdeen Boiler Services and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service from Aberdeen Boiler Services (Lorraine & Engineer Gary). Heating not working and could not get hold of our usual heating engineer during Covid-19 lockdown - not great with two young kids. Contacted ABS and engineer out the next morning, with job completed the day after (today). Would definitely recommend and will continue to use for future servicing/ repairs.

We worked with Aberdeen Boiler Services recently, for the quotation and installation of underfloor heating in our new extension. We approached three other “local” companies and ABS were by far the most detailed, reliable and cost effective we spoke with. Please pass on our thanks to the entire team for a job well done. In additional we have used ABS for 12+ years to carry out general care and maintenance of our boiler. Twice during that time we’ve been without heating and hot water, and simply cannot fault the response and professionalism in getting us up and running again. Would thoroughly recommend both the installation and service side of Aberdeen Boiler Services.

We have used this company many times over the years and have always been delighted with their work, even if a bit on the expensive side. We have been looking over the past couple of months into replacing our combi boiler. The guy came round as promised to look into giving us a quote. He said we would receive it the following week. That was almost seven weeks ago and despite several emails we have not even had the courtesy of a reply let alone the promised quotation. Not exactly the way to treat any customer I would suggest let alone a long standing one. One star really must be generous when we have just been ignored. How does a business like this survive?
