Food & drink nice and reasonablly priced. Themed decor okay but cleaning regime needs attention. Staff hospitality could be better.

Great choices, menu has changed a bit since last visit. Friendly staff and plenty on as well. The only downside is the music is a bit to loud to sit in there and enjoy the food. The areas we saw looked clean.

Not bad could be better, limited selection of what to have due to them not having what i wanted, repetitive playlist. Ordered bueno cookie dough and just got warmed up cookies with bueno pieces and ice cream.

Loved it here! Kids really enjoyed their Friday treat. Polite and helpful staff. Couldn't fault it. Would defiantly recommend.

Ordered from just eat. Completely got the order wrong and have missed items. Store won't answer the phone either! Nice one Wrexham!

Waffles are nice and made to order. Sundaes looked decent too. Milkshakes were 'meh'.Place was in a bit of a shape, big gangs of teenagers etc. Service wasnt the best, no table service. Worth a visit for a family treat I suppose.

I ordered on Just Eat, was taking a while to arrive and then just said delivered. I hadn’t had food. Unable to phone shop so went there. Manager extremely unhelpful. Staff don’t care. Have to wait for Just Eat to investigate. I know it’s a Just Eat driver but feel they could have looked into more, be more respectful. Now I haven’t had my food and out of pocket by £30 until Just Eat investigate.

Had waffles with hazelnut choc and my son had waffles with Hershey's and white chocolate. You are allocated a table and you order at the counter. The waffles were light and crisp, the ice cream was lovely and complimented the waffle. Unfortunately I found the ferrero Roche a little sickly by the end but overall very nice! I could probably have shared the portion. Not the cheapest of places to call in for a desert at £8.95 each but very tasty.

The order did not turn up! When going there and asking for help, they just brushed it off and said it’ just eats fault and not the shop's fault; the fault should be left with both the shop and the driver, as they will see the driver again the same night for different orders! I have made the query with my bank and just ate. I will be getting that refund, and I will not be using it again as it isn’t the first time this has happened! Poor hospitality and customer service
