Pleasant enough employee. I brought 2 lower end watches which I like and have lasted me a few years - one of them had battery and reseal at this very store a few years ago. Job was done in a good time. I was just a little disappointed that the test result print outs after the reseal didn't show me the watches tested rating. One is rated 10 ATM and one 5 ATM but I've no proof that's what they're at now. The receipt also only listed one of the watches. I don't want to seem pondantic but just a print out saying pass doesn't feel that professional. I guess I expected the specific watch and it's specific rating . When you're paying higher prices , I guess you expect better. I could have gone to a cheaper place and just got the battery done but I was willing to pay for a superior service. If my query can be answered I'd happily improve my review score.

Great service, replaced my bracelet on my watch speedily and was very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I visited 24th July 2023. I got there just before opening time and the guy was finisher setting up. He immediately stopped to speak with me. I needed some links reinstated on a watch bracelet. He was helpful and asked me to return in 5 minutes. I did and the job was done. He offered good advice on the watches battery. A long time since I’ve come into contact with some one offering a service that was done with efficiency and informative and engaging.No hesitation in recommending this business.

Date 26/10 . Abrupt and rude man.I had a battery replaced here- 3 months later same problems as before replacement battery again with my watch so called there with it again.Told him it kept stopping/ losing time etc.He asked when was battety last replaced. I said about June and you did it but I dont have receipt.He said o it must be the movement then and it is 150- 200 pounds.He must be pychic to know that without looking at it.I insisted I brought it in before with same problem and advised to change the battery to solve it.I couldnt remember exact month and told him so but suggested May/June maybe.Looked on computer and cockily told me that no gucci watches had been in those months.His demeanor implied to me and he might has well have said the words that I was lying about ever previously have my watch repaired there.Told him im not lying so he asked for my phone number and found proof from that.Told me to leave it there and he will have a look at it" and to come back in 10/15 mins.Came back for it he gave it me and said something about if it stops again it will be service minus battery charge ( no explanation ) and immediately moved away from the serving " hatch " like im contagious . Thats it the full explanation in 5 seconds. Done. Most rudest ever ever customer service ive come across - but to walk away from me as well . I was just gobsmacked."

I went there to enquire about my automatic Seiko watch. The man was so helpful and friendly. He advised me to use the guarantee close as the repair would be so costly. Highly recommended.

I took my Tissot watch hear because it wasn't working, they sent it off for a service and new strap it came back a few weeks later in fully working condition in a lovely box. The staff are very helpful explained everything what was wrong with it and about the 2 year guarantee. I will use this place again. Thank you

Amazing, honest service. Quoted a fair price for my new watch strap to be adjusted, but because the task was easier than first thought, I was'nt charged!
