The bad - item was collected at 8.30 as agreed, however when the item had not arrived at the delivery address an hour and a half later, I made a phone call to the office and was told that they had gone to the wrong address. After then being asked to phone the delivery driver to inform them of the correct address I was then told that they were on another job and it would not be dropped off until after lunch. When I explained that I would now be forced to rearrange an appointment and felt a discount on the original price was fair I was told to contact the office again, which I did, leaving a voice mail explaining why I was unhappy and requesting a call back - which I am yet to receive. The item eventually turned up 4 hours later than expected, I had to change my plans and pay full price. The company could not even afford me an apology or have the courtesy to return my call. They clearly need to take details of jobs down more carefully.The good - the item arrived undamaged and the delivery drivers were polite and apologetic.

Polite, on time and very knowledgeable, made a difficult job look easy, a big thank you.

The two lads who came with my goods were very professional and polite nothing was to much trouble. I live in a top floor flat and it did not faze them at all. Thank you

Excellent service today from Roy Laughton Removals. Arrived on time, the van was loaded with with speed and efficiency and unloaded the same at the other end. Friendly staff. Thank you so much would not hesitate to recommend you!

The two chaps who came where wonderful so professional very chatty and kind hearted regularly updated us with their progress for a full 4 bedroom house move they started at 9am and finished by 1. Would highly recommend them!
