Just what we need for easing back after lockdown.A nice range of equipment in good working order.Sure it's not a top of the line gym, but the prices are very reasonable and they offer £5/month discount to people who work in Birchwood park.The gym is split over 2 floors. A spin studio downstairs and machines and free weight zone upstairs.There is a lift for disabled access.Remote booking via an app ensures you can pick times to suit you and is much easier than calling up. This is especially necessary as they currently have a 15 person limit to help social distancing.

I gave a 2 star review 8 years ago for lack of investment in the gym equipment. Having joined again recently due to working on the estate I have mixed views... Unfortunately the facilities have not changed from then. However, the price has come down from £35 to £20 per month and they have abolished the 12 month contract so at least some things have improved. There is a personal and friendly feel about it from the staff and other gym users making it a pleasant place to workout but the main issue for me is the lack of equipment. For example, there is only one very old squat rack which is in high demand during the time I go which means I have to go to another gym on legs day making it expensive.

Contacted the gym via email to see if I could could just use pay as you go. Telephone call shortly after & offered free first class. Attended another two spin classes with Jimmy taking the class. Excellent motivation from him. Liked the gym & will attend again when in area. Thankyou....

A series of admin botch-ups led to the gym failing to pause/cancel my membership while they continued to take hundreds of pounds in payments over the course of a few years. The admin were just as bad at resolving the issue. I raised the complaint in November 2022 and it's still ongoing - they take an average of about 8 weeks to reply to my emails and refuse to discuss the matter with you over the phone. Reluctantly given it one star - would give zero or minus stars if that was possible.

The staff who work here are amazing. Really nice people who are happy to go above and beyond always and are always in good form. The gym has recently acquired some new equipment and it’s great. Everything you need for cardio or weight training. Brilliant gym all round.

Conveniently located for the business park, the staff are helpful, but very dated inside. No pool, sauna stops working for weeks at a time, and you’ll need to bring headphones unless you want to listen to awful 80’s soft rock Every. Single. Day.

Go here every week for a Salsa class, it's very clean and well set out. They do a range of classes to suit everyone.

Nice little Gym. While the gym is very small it is a bit more personal. I use the off peak membership as I only go late mornings so it's ideal (£170 for 12 months), pretty good value compared to total fitness. While I agree some investment would't go a miss I found the staff helpful and was offered a month by month basis as apposed to a 12 month contract. I have never had a problem getting on a machine a very rarely find more then 10 people in at the same time
