Baby ready antenatal classes

Absolutely fantastic experience.. my husband and I attended and felt very comfortable with Linnea. She made us feel like we could ask any questions and nothing was too small or silly to ask. We learnt so much .. the stuff about labour helped me most, what was going to happen to my body, breathing strategies and different positions on the ball etc. Also being a first time mum , what to do with the baby once they were born was definitely helpful too haha :)
