Cothi Valley Pilates
Found Becki six years ago and have been attending her classes ever since. She has been amazing in both group classes and in 1-2-1 sessions, on both zoom and in person.She is so conscientious and gives all her attention. She gave me such confidence when I first came to her classes with a bad back. She is welcoming and fun. She explains moves well and ensures understanding.She continues to keep a watchful eye now that I have migrated to Pilates equipment, and my bad back is a distant memory.Cannot recommend her enough.

Becki is a fabulous pilates instructor. I cannot recommend her studio, zoom and equine pilates courses enough.

Cothi Valley Pilates
Becki is a caring and sympathetic teacher. She continued her classes online via zoom during the pandemic and even on a screen her eagle eye sees and corrects any mistakes. I have always had back problems, but these have completely resolved thanks to her Pilates classesHer AYPF classes were outstanding. She had amazing visual aids and handled a sensitive subject with humour and empathy. I cannot recommend Becki highly enough.Felicity

Cothi Valley Pilates
I have been doing Pilates with Becki for about 12 years now and she is the best teacher I've ever had. She is always up to date with her training. Recently I did an Adore Your Pelvic Floor course and am really impressed with the improvement it has made to my life! All the classes are small and friendly, support and help is provided with understanding.
