The Carwash Company, Ealing Broadway

A very rough wash. 90% certain they scratched my car too. Car was still left dirty on the outside & with soap streaks that I'm still finding two weeks later as it rains.

Paid £20 for external wash only. It would’ve been worth it if the car was cleaned properly. But there were smudges all over, spots and streaks on the windows, and both wing mirrors were foggy. Don’t waste your money.

Worst car wash I’ve ever experienced for £26… really disappointing. Never using again

They left my car streaky all over (see picture) and tried to overcharge me. Didn’t get an apology when this was pointed out. Won’t be using them again

I just used Gold service which has full interior. They do their service in a dark car park and as soon as I drove out the car park I noticed white spots everywhere and still dust - all they’ve done is spray something and not even wiped it properly. Exterior clean also not good. I recommend avoiding and getting it done somewhere with natural light so they can see what they’re doing!

I left my car with them for two and a half hours for the Gold clean while I went to the gym. I'm sorry to say I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the work. There were still little bits of bird dropping stuck to the roof and on the inside a muddy shoe mark on the rear of the driver's seat had not been removed. It's a shame because this is a convenient location but I shall not be using them again.

Dreadful service! Not hoovered in the back at all. Didn’t lift seats to clean properly. Entire back of car is in the same state as when I handed in. Unfortunately I was late and had to leave after cursory glance and the front looked clean. Photos here are AFTER the ‘clean’. Will never use again.

Although the staff are kind and friendly the car wash was sadly horrendous.

So I had no plans of washing the car when I pulled into Ealing Broadway car park. I was approached by one of the car wash guys and convinced to wash my car. Overall experience was pretty good; this is a very limited water car wash so assuming it’s beneficial to the environment etc. what scares me is the rubble dirt etc on the body of my vehicle that get smuggled around throughout the wash. The outcome is acceptable and it’s refreshing to return to your car after shopping to find it clean. Is it as shiny and clean as a conventional car wash; I’m going to say no, but maybe because it’s different when you see so much water splashing on your car. I wasn’t too thrilled about the £20 charge considering little or no water was used. I will give them a second try yes; the big caucasian gentleman was lovey; friendly and professional, his attitude is enough to go back again for repeats business. Next time I am there for my second wash I will ask about the process to put my mind at ease. Overall happy; friendly staff. I recommend this place when shopping at Ealing Broadway. P.S card payments are accepted by I am sure cash is king; so bring cash along and help them avoid merchant fees. Every little helps, support your local!
