The team at Mayfair & Grace are charming and helpful. The shop itself is beautifully presented with a large choice of wonderful lotions and goodies. They lay on services such as thread vein removal, laser hair removal and pigmentation removal and have a fantastic hairdressing salon upstairs.

Sadly a very poor experience for my child's first hair cut which resulted in being charged £42 for a 16 minute haircut.I was gobsmacked to be charged such a high amount for a 4 year olds first haircut in which her hair was not washed, no products were used, just a water sprayer and I even had to request for her hair to be dried after an inch of hair was snipped off. The only positive was that I was given a cup of tea.I paid but the cost didn't register until after I left as I was pre-occupied with two little ones. Upon returning to dispute the cost the receptionist I spoke to agreed that I had been over-charged and apologised that she was unable to give a refund, but if I was able to return later on I would be able to receive one when a senior member of staff returned. I returned and was told by the owner that because I had had a senior stylist that was the cost - I had not requested a senior stylist, nor had I been told the price of the cut prior as I would never have agreed to pay so much. I was offered a £20 credit for my next visit, but when I said I wanted the £20 refund I was refused this. I did not accept the credit as I will not be returning and will be sharing this experience with the wide network of parents that I speak with on a regular basis.

Mayfair and Grace is one of the best salons in the Cotswolds. If you can book a treatment (they’re often full), you will be in for an absolute treat - especially their facials, Bianca is wonderful♥️!

Alice - who did my colour and hair wash - was professional, meticulous and friendly - she also took time to ask me about my colour choice and options and kept me informed of what she was doing. I'm really pleased with the colour.Jamie - who cut and blow dried my hair - his experience shows in spades and I feel my hair is safe in his hands! He is professional, caring and friendly - and makes the experience fun. I love my hair - and how Jamie styled it. Thank you to both.

Amazing professional and friendly service . Very accommodating. Had makeup done and they used lovely organic products which felt light on the skin but had lasting power. Highly recommend!
