Im giving 5 stars to Linda who kindly did my hair in place of the other hairdresser who unashamedly just said no after my booking had been made and confirmed. I have been coming here over the last 7 years... and I will be loyal to Linda.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, my hair was cut very quickly and with excellent quality ! Will definitely be returning!

In and out in 4 hours. Hairstyle as requested. Managed to park outside salon. The barber in house as well. Reasonable prices and a great laugh.

I booked an appointment with Edith to make my hair today at 09:00. When my train was delayed, I rang her to let her know that I would be 10 minutes late because of the train. I got to the salon at 09:15, and I was told Edith was not in but she was coming. I sent her a message at 09:29 to ask where she was, as I was already at the salon.Edith came in to the salon at 09:45, walked passed me and I called out her name. She went downstairs for like 10 minutes and told me that someone else was going to make my hair. This wasn't our agreement. Edith never apologised for coming 45 minutes late to our appointment, and the only thing she told me as she was leaving the salon was that someone else was going to make my hair. This is so unprofessional and I was not impressed about it.The lady that made my hair was good. I was charged £80 for the hair.

1 star is not enough!! There should be a zero! Terrible service! Called them and the woman was rushing me to do my hair and she never told me what time they officially stop trading! Then to add insult to injury, hang up on me!!! You lost a long serving customer! Good bye!!

I get my hair done here all the time. Book and an appointment and you will be seen to. Great environment too.

Edith has been my hairdresser for more than 8years Plus now. Her customer service is exceptionally high.

The hairdresser cancelled that appointment 2 hours before the booking. Who does that ? Really unacceptable !
