Good shop with friendly staff.

Handy local shop and Hermes parcel drop off. Friendly staff. Choice of groceries is sometimes a bit limited and it's difficult to park close by as it's on a busy road.Edit: Upgraded to 5 stars as of 30/11/21 as the manager Martyn is an absolute gentleman who really went above and beyond today to help us with an issue (created by Hermes, not One Stop). I'm not sure when he became manager but I've really noticed a positive change in the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the general appearance of the shop in recent weeks.

Staff always friendly and helpful, I shop here a good 3 to 4 times a week and never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend this shop.

It’s just a local convenience store but it deserves a 5-star for the helpfulness and polite staff who are always happy to help you even if they have to search the storeroom. Definitely service with a smile :-)

Well, it is convenient and they do serve a purpose. Shame they don’t serve it with a smile and a friendly manner.
