O2 Shop Cirencester

We went into this store to purchase a new phone and dealt with Chloe who was very helpful, great customer service from her. The next morning we found we could not use the phone as it was asking for a code we had not set up. We returned to the shop to see Chloe and she tried everything to get it working but nothing would reset it. She asked another member of staff to help but he was busy with another customer. Next she phoned someone called Rob who was no help whatsoever asking her to try things she had told him she already tried. Next she brought her manager Lauren over who said she was too busy to help and to try everything she had already tried. When we said none of that worked and we would like a refund she rolled her eyes at us and said we couldn't have one. Chloe apologised for her manager's attitude but it shouldn't have been Chloe apologising. After 5 hours in the store the other member of staff, Charlie came to help and between them eventually resolved the problem. Chloe and Charlie, a huge thank you from us for your help, Lauren should not be a manager as she has no service skills whatsoever and Rob was also useless.

Completely agree with previous bad reviews. Never answer the phone for a start, it just rings and rings. Unfortunately, had to go there from Cheltenham because phone we wanted wasn't available from there. Despite my husband being disabled and couldn't walk any further and having to sit down the man said could he bring the id to the counter!!! Completely unhelpful, didn't offer to set it up, said the phone would have the same number when asked as it was an upgrade and it hasn't. Sort it out O2!

My wife and I both had a similar experience with the lady store manager on separate occasions.She didn’t want to help me and said she had an appointment at 12:45 it was only 11:30! Very rude and negative, and when I asked if the young man could help, she said no because he’s in training.. We will not be returning to this store, in fact we got my wife a new phone in an O2 store in Skipton while on holiday, from a very pleasant, helpful lady in store.

Been in the O2 store today for my phone upgrade and was appalled by the service that was provided by the senior representative. They weren't interested in me and took more inter est in their work colleague that had bought them a drink. Also there was a lack of knowledge around particular questions that I had about phones to upgrade to and was hesitant on the information provided. This has resulted in myself potentially moving phone provider, it's a shame as I have been an O2 customer for over 5yrs and always used this store.

So friendly and helpful with transferring data for mum and putting in SIM card. I hadn't realised they hadn't done SIM swap though but that was communication error on my part! All now sorted and up and running with a happy 92 year old!

Called in to the 02 shop in cirencester. A member of staff stood in the doorway on his phone didn't even look up just said you alright ". I said I want a new phone and contract.She will see you over there.I was offed 1 Samsung phone and one contract deal and they couldn't set my new phone up because they had no WiFi.Complete joke really. Went to Swindon and it was totally different very well organised."

Nicole and Luke were fantastic. Great service. Friendly team, all happy and smiling. Covered everything off very efficiently while letting us decide what we needed with no pressure selling. Left with a new contract and phone in a matter of minutes. Brilliant service, lovely team.

Walked in earlier today. I required an adaptor-related piece of equipment for my phone.Both members of staff were on their phones.Explained what I was after, was told they didn't sell phone cases for my phone. I didn't ask for phone cases I explained. I re-stated my request. No we don't do phone cases came the reply.The other member of staff (who I assume based on other reviews is the manager) chimed in with we don't sell that here". I'll go buy from someone else then

Went into the shop whilst I was on holiday. Its nice and clean and they said we could take our dogs in. I asked for some advice on the pro and cons of Samsung compared to IPhone. I was give the price of a IPhone and a brand I have never heard of and given no pro v cons at all. Due to the lack of advice I did not change my phone and will try the O2 shop near where I live.
