They will put scratches alll over your car paintwork including windows.I had to spend £500 to get that the damage they did fixed.Avoid !

VERY BAD, RUDE , NOT PROFESSIONAL and They have no Idea what they doing, They don't know how to clean the car!!!! I'm not getting free carwash, paying £25.00 it was a joke. I felt so uncomfortable when they started to clean the car. I'll tell my friends and family to ignore this place and go somewhere else. DO NOT GO ❌❌❌ DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO THEM!!! THEY DONT WASH. THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR. YOUR PAINTWORK WILL NEED A DETAILING JOB AFTERWARDS ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A NICE /NEW CAR.PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.I AM AMAZED AS TO HOW THEY MANAGED TO RUIN MY PRIDE AMD JOY WITHIN 10 MINUTES .

Ask for in and out and last time I have been there it was £12. Had £15 on my to give £3 as a tip. Got charged £20 and resorting me using the cash point with a £2 withdrawal fee. I can understand waxing etc. It’s a real shame as I use to be loyal to this establishment.

Avoid, wasting money. I was the only one customer, 4 people washed my car, still dirty.

Tried to get an extra £8 on top of the £22, claimed the car was very dirty inside. Not true, been going there for years & feel £22 is steep. Think they’ve become money grabbing. Context a small Citroen c3 then basically needed a vacuum. Told them to forget it & paid £10 for a wash. Will go to a drive through from now on & vacuum myself, screw them.

Avoid this place....!!!Horrible places and terrible management. Overcharging and no receipt will be provided!!Never use this place!!!I was a regular user of this hand car wash, eventually I sometimes have small issues of missing the changes in the coin tray, I never tought that someone would take it from the carwash. Today, I took my car for usual inside and outside cleaning, once on arrival the person who works there confirmed ( before the cleaning started) the the cost would be £15.00 ( usual price). Once the cleaning has finished ( not even properly see picture) he told me that he made a mistake, the price is £25.00 now. I argued with him, why didn’t you told me before you started the cleaning, he said he forgot it. ( is it my mistake?)I told him, I have only £15 and I am not going to pay more then that. He started to be aggressive and stared to threatening me. As I know he know my vehicle details etc, I decided to pay and never use them again. When I look for the change in my coins box, all the changes are missing. When I mentioned this to the one of the owners, they don’t want to know about it. All they want is their balance £10. I did withdraw the money from the cash machine and paid them, once I asked for the receipt, they didn’t had any receipt book, therefore they can’t provide me one.Please be careful when using this carwash and get ready to get overcharged when job is done. They won’t do the work properly either. Horrible service, bad customer services!!!!

A very reasonably priced valet, inside and out, very fast and well done. The last time my car was a bit messier than usual and there were a couple of small bits missed but for the speed, cost and usual high standard I didn't mind. Always happy to go here.
