Great service provided. They have a small shop in Enfield, which isn’t too difficult to find, just before the high street. The session was pretty quick, we got our eye photos taken and chose the best ones from the selected. Depending on the type of photo you ask for, delivery times can vary. I got the couple explosion with the glass coating. It took roughly 3 weeks to come, which was great for me as it was just in time to be given as a gift. They also provide you with a digital copy a few days after your appointment, so you can confirm the photo is how you like it! Overall I recommend this service to anyone. Don’t look too much into the bad reviews, I wasn’t sure myself, but the company had some complications before with production, but that seems to have been sorted now! Thanks Iris Shot, we are so happy!

First class service and product.From the inital shoot right the way through to delivery of our picture communication was excellent, service was professional and friendly and any queries that we had were responded to very efficiently.The finished picture arrived within three weeks of the shoot and the quality is outstanding.I would have no hesitation in recommending Iris Shot UK to all of my friends or family.

AWFUL AWFUL service unsure if this is a scam. This outfit has STOLEN our money.Ordered an IRIS Shot as a present for a friend in June 2022 last year, in the North East UK, - turned up the first time, in an odd room, and the photographer could not work the camera. My friend had to travel back the second time and again there was and issue - a photo was taken. To date, in April 2023 not recieved any product. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one responds to emails or the number on website. We have spent £160 on this which is a lot of money. Have contacted PAYPAL and as this has been dragged out for so long by this company - its outside the 180 day period. ALSO BEWARE AFTER PAYMENT you will recieve an email containing IRISHSHOTS T&Cs and refers to EU legals that states that monies are NON refundable!! we received neither the service or the product - PLEASE BEWARE. REALLY DISSAPOINTED.

Poor customer service and quality of product - have been seeking refund since January 2023 with no success.Really disappointed given this was a birthday present that has done nothing but cause stress and cost over £185 (with no product in sight)

I thought I’d start by saying that I am real and I am not being paid for this review. Seeing the reviews below, I was originally concerned that it was mentioned reviewers that gave 5 stars appeared to have fake names.Good pointsFriendly photographer (Gamze, from the Enfield shop). Great with my 8 year old son and made us feel comfortable in an unfamiliar setting.Session – There was no sense of urgency for us to pick the best of the selection of photos taken to be used for the family portrait we decided on. It was in fact, quite interesting and fun. Again, props for the inclusion by Gamze.No issues with the electronic appointment system worked well.Product preview provided within a few days after the appointment as promised and was of great quality (both imaging and editing).Final product was great (per picture).Bad PointsT&C are a little harsh - If you do not like the product you will not be able to receive a refund. Ideally there should be a full refund barring a retainer for an attended appointment slot any time relating to photoshop/editing services. This would be fair for all parties but this sadly is overlooked. Just something to think about!Communications – As other reviewers mentioned, communication was poor during a specific 2 week period. However, I believe summer vacations were the cause of disruption but even though comms were good either side of this, the situation did make me concerned that I was being ghosted.Other PointsLocation – The Enfield shop has been closed due to local business premises rate hikes. So instead, the operation is now conducted close by from a small dedicated room within a house. This was strange at first but we booked to go look at eye balls close up….not exactly a normal family outing to start with. But this, I guess is something to think about if you suffer from social anxiety and require public, neutral places for safety and good mental wellbeing.OverallThe experience was ok (but needs improvement), however the end product turned out good.As such, on my experience alone I would recommend this company ONLY IF you have £100-£300 to lose (due to the no returns policy) and you’re not precious on when you receive the product as it could be very hard to contact the company to obtain an order status or delivery windows of the final product.

Purchased as needed online and was very skeptical as you pay upfront.However, once we arrived, (and yes it is a tiny little box room and looks very underwhelming), the lady was lovely! She helped us find the place, discussed all the different options if we wanted to change our minds on what was ordered and then she talked us through how it all works. She took loads of pictures and we got to choose the ones we liked best. Digital copy received within a couple of days and look awsum! We look forward to getting them printed and displayed.

We were sceptical after seeing reviews and the fact the studio is based from a house but the lady was lovely and the studio is very professional. We were told the proof of the eyes would be sent a week later, after two weeks I had to follow up and then again a few days later. The proof was finally sent and we were told it would arrive in 7-10 days which it arrived on the 10th day. Final product was of a high quality and we love it but communication in the middle would’ve made it 10/10 experience.
