A good gp practice with kind staff. friendly reception team.Drs who listen to the patient and their needs. DR Dubey took time too read all my notes and sort out the problems I needed sorting out. He was very kind and respectful.He understood my needs too.It's nice to have a good gp practice and it's very much appreciated. Thankyou

In my opinion Hazeldene is by far one of the best surgeries around. The staff is friendly, the Doctors always listen to your concerns patiently and never made to feel silly when discussing any issue. I love the online consult facility, always had a quick response and been seen if required.

Very poor patient experience. Went for my annual review and for no reason anyone could explain my prescription was changed without informing anyone. Went to collect at chemist and was handed the wrong meds. Told them it was wrong and just told this is what it says on the prescription and to go back to GP. Spoke with practice who were very apologetic and said they would correct it. Went back to Chemist who gave the same WRONG meds. Again told to speak to GP. Same call, same answer of promising to correct. Went back to chemist who by now recognised me as the guy who couldn’t get his meds and was given ….you guessed it the same wrong meds.This time I physically had to visit the practice and make sure it was corrected. When I said I had now not had my medication for over a week was greeted with a oh well.

My son has been sick and immobile since release from isolation hotel LHR on 1st August. Despite many calls to NHS and to the Doctors Clinic still no contact from the clinic re appointment for further ultrasound treatment. They (the Clinic) do not even bother to answer my emails requesting their help for my son.

Terrible surgery, from the ridiculous and incompetent booking system, to the GP's. You have to call at 8am to try to get an appointment - you will be put on hold - by 8:20am, all appointments for the day are gone. If you're still on hold at 8:20, you're out of luck. Try again tomorrow. It amazes me that so many of these comments refer to the absolutely ineffective booking system, yet, the surgery don't do anything to change it.Rarely are appointments given out of working hours, so you will have to take time off work to attend - awkward when you have multiple appointments and have to keep taking time off work.I always leave there feeling like the GP has done the absolute bare minimum, just to tick a few boxes, and get you out of the room. I'm never satisfied that they have actually listened to me, or fully understand my symptoms.The reception staff are a bit hit-and-miss. Sometimes they are really helpful, sometimes they're worse than the GPs.Avoid this surgery, all together. Find a new one, like I have.

Have been with this surgery for approximately 16 years and have generally been happy with the service provided. The GPs I have seen in that time have been friendly, give you adequate time at appointments and have been reassuring with any issues raised. The reception staff have always seemed friendly to me. The only difficulty for me is getting appointments outside of my working hours of 9 to 5.30 which means taking time off work for appointments. However, this is an observation rather than a complaint as I would be surprised if there are many surgeries open late

Absolutely shocking service from this Surgery, they are constantly getting my Husbands Appointments wrong and also medication, Doctors arent interested until you logged a complaint. If I could of rated it no stars then I would of.

One of the best things I did in my life, was making the break from this surgery after about two decades. My new surgery has been infinitely better than Hazeldene. (No, it's not right to name it). Perhaps they've had a paradigm shift, because some of the more recent reviews on here, that I've read, are diametrically opposed to my experience; and that of my wife's, who is also thrilled, having followed me to my new surgery.I'd just say, if it doesn't feel right, even after many years, believe me, changing surgery is not much harder, than changing pharmacies. Lets have an 'up-to-date' rating here!. Although I'm a Registered General Nurse, I can only 'help myself' with certain Health issues. Recognizing a certain SEVERE issue with my state of health, I took myself up to Hazeldene. From the friendly Reception Staff, recognizing my 'life-threatening' Acute Condition, I was quickly seen by Dr. S.Koshti. Appropriate Medication immediately prescribed, and since that Emergency, I have eventually 'stabilized'. Many thanks to the Practice Nurses also, who monitored certain 'Graphs/Readings, that I Performed at home, were sent in to them, irrespective of my extensive knowledge, it was good (and interesting), to attend appointments with them. No problems with Hazeldene medical centre. More than helpful with any problems you may have. I will give them 5 stars anytime
