Vicki is so friendly and helpful, had to short notice change me appointment and she couldn’t have been more accommodating. I've had my vit b12 injections here and can't rate Vicki and the clinic highly enough, very knowledgeable and professional. I've also started my laser hair removal journey and wouldn't go anywhere else, clinics so clean and Vicki was able to answer all my questions ⭐

I went to see Vicky to have tear trough filler, it looked awful, after several weeks of hoping it would settle down I went to get a second opinion where I was told the filler was not placed deep enough and way too much product was used. It’s costing me hundreds of pounds to correct and Vicky has refused to refund me any of the cost towards having it corrected. Such an awful experience I hope no one else has to go through.

I had Botox and lip fillers today and Vicki made me feel really at ease, even though I was quite nervous to begin with.The salon is really clean, warm and welcoming and Vicki is a total professional. Highly recommended.

Vicki went through everything with me beforehand about how it works etc and it has made my skin feel amazing!!! Vicki is very professional at what she does. I recently received a treatment. Everything was explained to me clearly, what to expect, the service was excellent. I was made to feel very at ease and comfortable. I would highly recommend Vicki, especially for her service.
