The Whitmore Collection

Lived in a nice 1 Bedroom flat overlooking the jewellery Quarter, but that was quickly ruined after living there for a short time. It was advertised that it was for young professionals, but this was far from the case, as there were families and students living here. Do not advertise your pet friendly property when you then charge extra fees for pets to live there.As it came to checking out they attempted to overcharge us for cleaning and damages, which took up with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and they agreed with us on most points.This company is run poorly and very unprofessional, please keep an eye out, and consider your options before committing to this place.

Over the past year I have been renting a two bedroom flat with Whitmore Collection and their service is outstanding. I was very impressed with these modern apartments with great facilities. Flats are modern well-laid out, spacious, furnished to a high standard and well-maintained. Location perfect for city centre but peaceful.Very nice friendly staff. Messages are responded quickly, went beyond to help me with issues during the tenancy. The management is always on top of things and any problems were effectively dealt with the same day. Receptionists are wonderful and very helpful.

Do not bother wasting your time and money renting here. It is not worth the stressThe staff are lovely and attentive UNTIL they actually receive your deposit, then it goes completely downhill from there.The apartments are supposed to be professionally cleaned before you move in but ours was filthy. There was an exceptional amount of dust everywhere and skid marks in (and around!) the toilet. When I spoke to the management team they did nothing, nor offer an apology.Secondly, the gated

Can't fault it. Really lovely apartment - very high ceilings, good quality furniture and the best location. The staff always make sure you are comfortable and looked after, being super friendly and going that extra mile.

Wonderful Apartments, wonderful team. Everyone we have ever dealt with have been amazing. Really friendly and helpful, no complaints at all. Additional benefits of residents gym and clubhouse are added bonuses. Great location, great apartments, great staff - 5 stars? Absolutely!

Outstanding, modern and luxurious accommodation along side amazing customer service from all working within the Whitmore team making my move in really smooth and efficient.Whole site was clean and with an extremely helpful front desk where nothing was too much trouble.I enjoyed my stay at Whitmore and would highly recommend to anyone interested.

I had the pleasure in staying in an one bed flat in the Whitmore collection for 6 months. Becky and her team go the extra mile to ensure a straightforward and seamless tenancy. You have the benefit of dealing directly with the company that owns the unit rather than estate agents and this makes a huge difference. I viewed the apartment online during the November lockdown and decided to book the flat. Everything was as promised from moving in (there is 24 h team on site that even helped me take all my stuff to the flat) to moving out. The units are well proportioned taking into account how small are other new builts in Birmingham or London. Prices are reasonable for the services you get and the area is good, central and with excellent motorway links. Secure underground Parking is available at an extra charge. Electricity and heating are on the expensive side but you can change the provider if you wish which I did not do. Couldn’t recommend more and would be happy to rent there again in the future

The staff is amazing it's the reason I gave it 5 stars. Alicia the concierge is great, always happy to help. Apartments are managed professionally, maintenance team always on site trying their best to fix if something ever breaks in our apartment, never had a major problem anyways.Apartments located by canal so it’s great to wake up in the morning and go for a run! Gym is on site so we can easily jump in after running for a workout.EVENTS! Makes this place incredible! We get to meet other people living in here and overall events are just awesome! Drink and food provided, great games, prizes and lots of fun!

Having worked in property management myself for 5 years, I can only say this - kudos! The customer service exceeds the highest of expectations, and you can see the team members love what they do. They go the extra mile to ensure you're enjoying your stay, are always smiling and just a delight to chat to.The project itself is very well designed and provides quite nice views from a lot of the apartments on the upper floors. The furniture included looks very nice and is of quality. Beware of the living room sofa though, it will immerse you in the comfiest and longest naps you've ever taken.The location is fantastic, easy to find and at walking distance to everything you need, right in the heart of the Jewelry Quarter.The rental process they have in place is smooth and easy too. Patison, David and Az really know what they do, I really appreciate them. My experience with he company has been a breeze, I 100% recommend them!

This is a great place to live! Great location, close to new street station, pubs and bars around and even tho it’s all here, it’s very quiet area. Lovely staff, very helpful with everything! I love the fact of working from Clubhouse (residents space) and they have boiling water in taps in there hence don’t have to walk to my apartment to make myself a cup of tea!Highly recommended !
