EVO cleaning charged £650 for a 3 bedroom house clean. £350 agreed upfront and £250 charged on the day, without notice because they felt the kitchen needed further cleaningThe clean was done terribly. The communication was awful. The pricing outrageous.Our landlord then charged us because another clean was needed after Evo clean “cleaned”. Evo Cleaning only offered £30 refund . It’s a disgrace. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs.

They were recommended by my landlord, and were incredibly unprofessional. They were several hours late and gave no forewarning of this. We had to call them to check where they were only to be told they were running 3-4 hours late. If we hadn’t called, we would be stuck there all day waiting despite having made time away from work specifically to attend to this. Apart from that, we were told on their arrival that they charge an extra £50 because we had a pet that left fur behind. This was not mentioned at all when we requested the quote. I nevertheless paid for this even though it only meant slightly more hoovering. They left the flat with some stains, and finished cleaning after only 2 hours despite having paid £335. I hope to never work with them again. I emailed as well about the lack of courtesy and professionalism which was never acknowledged nor responded to.

This was the most appalling service I have ever used. The clean was terrible and cost £300. They were un responsive and when I asked for them to come back, after they agreed the clean wasn't done properly they offered me a measly £10 refund. I would not recommend to anyone,

i made a purchase on Groupon , reconfirm day b4 appointment btween 8 and 10am next day - 10.35 am nobody, i called guy advise me they had an emergency and will be not able to come before 2 weeks from now - i moved all my furniture and they even did not informed me I had to callDO NOT USE THAT COMAPNY - NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL -NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS - at the end of the road customers are the one that provide them a payroll at the end of the month

Best cleaning service. We normally use Evo cleaning for professional cleaning end of tenancy service. But recently started using for regular house cleaning and it's best decision. After her cleaning house is sparkling cleans. Bibi is very helpful, highly recommend them for cleaning service.

Awful cleaning, awful service! EVO charged us £400 for a deep clean of a 3 bed house and decided to charge an additional £250 on the day for further cleaning. They were meant to turn up at 9am, no one turned up until 10am and then they disappeared until midday when only one person arrived to start the 5 hour clean ahead of a 2pm deadline which they knew about. They didn’t confirm they were even coming after we’d paid in full for their service - we had to chase them the night before they were due to arrive and only at this time did they ask for our address. We also needed to pay additional cleaning costs after our move as the landlord said the flat still wasn’t clean. Avoid at all costs!!
