Britannic were fast, honest and utterly professional and the products are superb. It has transformed our kitchen and we would be happy to use them again and heartily recommend them - a real pleasure to do business with.

Karl and Rick supplied and fitted 3 bi-fold doors plus a large window and skylight all in a bespoke colour chosen by our client. The quality of their products is as good as you'll get and the workmanship is of a very high standard. We had a few little snags with the project but what makes the review 5 stars is how the guys responded to the issues and sorted them as quickly and thoroughly as possibly. I would recommend without hesitation.

Would recommend this company 100%. The team arrived today, as planned, doors installed with no issues. The installation team were neat and tidy and took their time to ensure a pefect fit. Really pleased with the end result.

We used Britannic for a set of Origin bi-fold doors. Many companies offer them, but we went with one that provided good value for money, came across as professional, answered calls and emails promptly.When it came to measurements they were perfectionists, it was obvious they did not cut corners and wanted the best for the customer. Once ordered the doors were to be installed within a week, which is a miracle particularly when you’ve lived without doors for few months. As most building works, there were some issues that our builders hadn’t quite prepared for the door instal. The britannic guys were incredibly accommodating and flexible.The doors were fitted and look beautiful! Fantastic quality and service.Needless to say I have since recommended Britannic to a number of friends and family.Thank you!

Karl quoted a job for us. He was extremely professional, offered up useful solutions based on our budget and needs as well as clear and quick to answer any followup questions we had over email. In this instance we went with a supplier that had a pre-existing relationhip with our contractor so didnt use Britannic but i would be confident to use them in the future. So pleased with our new anthracite grey bi-folds. We went for the oversized 3 door marine grade option (as we're relatively close to the sea) in a gap of 3.6 metres to maximise light - they look absolutely amazing.Karl and his team clearly know their stuff and he made the whole process pain free which was an utter relief, as we're currently having an extension being built and have so many other things going on.Even our builder commented on the quality of the product and the professionalism of Karl and his team. Very Pleased with quality of bifold doors and quality of service from start to finish. Very courteous and used dust sheets used at all times.Karl fitted in with us and surveyed on Saturday. After doors were installed they needed to be adjusted after about a week.I rang Ricky in the afternoon and he met me onsite the next day at a prearranged time. Great service, very pleased and would highly recommend them.Great price too,

Really good company to work with. Karl was always on hand to answer questions, always on time to carry out the survey and installation. The installation team were polite and fun and then doors and windows themselves are fantastic. Really positive experience with Britannic and highly recommended.

I am very happy with my experience with Britannic Bi-folds. From the start Karl was very helpful in explaining the product and answering all my questions. He is always very prompt and reliable in his responses. The quote was cheaper than other loacal competitors. The waiting time for product and installation was significantly shorter than anyone else in Sussex. Paul and Rick were great on the installation day, doing a great job very efficiently. The product Britanic sells is of superior quality, which means that the final result is fantastic and my room is now transformed. Overall, the value for money and the service you get from Britannic make them a choice I will strongly recommend.
