We have been twice for dinner after first trying you for the first time and having a lovely lunch. The lunch is what sold it to us in the first instance to try an evening meal as everything was more than we expected from the moment we came through the doors. Unfortunately the first evening meal wasn’t brilliant and a partial refund was agreed after deliberation of a solution due to the second meal being overcooked like the first. I’m not fussy at all but it was inedible. It was only fair to give you another opportunity, hence the second evening meal. On this occasion we tried something different and nothing to fault. We will obviously be coming back again because of the friendly welcoming, great service, lovely atmosphere with lovely patrons and overall the good food. If at first it wasn’t to be expected I’m a firm believer of a second chance and I’m glad I gave you the opportunity to put right. We have just moved here from Plymouth so you shall see us again.Kind regards

Lovely warm welcome from the lady on the bar (I believe she may be the manager?). All staff lovely, efficient and polite. Very attentive without being intrusive. Top marks. The pub itself is very pleasant and excellently decorated. Would definitely return.

Restaurant is very clean, very open,& very welcoming. The staff are super friendly the food is fantastic and you even managed to put a little candle on my wife's dessert as it was her birthday.We will be coming back very soon.Will we will be coming back very soon

Very friendly service excellent staff did not have to wait too long after ordering our meals hot and very well presented . Wide choice on the menu, and they ask if you have any dietary requirements. First, class would highly recommend a visit

Visited on a whim as couldn’t find anywhere else to go and didn’t really expect much but was honestly so impressed! I can’t believe we’ve missed out on this place for so long!The pub was lovely and clean, Christmas decor was beautiful, menu was varied and reasonably priced with good vegan options, food was delicious and service was excellent! Will definitely be back!

Great place to eat. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Good selection of gluten free options. Food tasty and nicely presented. Staff are lovely and service is very good.

Mum and I had vouchers come through so decided to use them like we did in November.The manager was very friendly and took us to our table.We then had a young lady that looked after us with a drink and food.The food was lovely and hot and made to order and we had plenty of it.The waitress came by to check everything was okay with the food and we were treated very well.I would recommend them for a night out and you must try the pies if they have them as they are delicious.
