These people are poorly trained and simply have little time or knowledge on how to manage their days. Often no one would turn up wasting time and scarce money and they could not care less. Several of them should be sacked due to not being professional with their work. The courts need to know they are not fit for purpose.

Not good ... Negatives are they lie to courts when they can't be assed with you and have often gave unnecessary thoughts which pointlessly leads to prison saying they won't" work with you

Hate them all they love recalling you for nothing and they treat you like a kid
