Now Brows

I had my eyebrows done today and I am so disappointed! I have been there before and the other girls done a good job but today this girl didn’t pay too much attention, I arrived home and I found all over my face black marks from the tinting, the threading was a disaster , I had to say her to clean the wax, it was feeling sticky because she forgot and I have a red mark under my eyebrow because she pinched while threading..not going back again!

UPDATE NIL CONTACT RECEIVED TO TRY AND RESOLVE. DO NOT RECOMMENDEyebrows looked like they hadn't been done afterwards. I stupidly didn't have my glasses on to check. Contacted them by email after, sent pictures. They ignored me!

Do not recommend. I visited today (8th jan 2022) for the first time just after 5pm, I politely asked for eyebrowing waxing, I was told to wait as a lady was ahead of me, this was fine. As it was my turn, the female staff member said sorry for the wait. I would have actually closed up earlier if the other customer didnt come

I am so disappointed in this place. I’ve been here once before and it was fine, came back the second time and left with much thinner, wonky and two different shaped eyebrows. How on earth can you have such inconsistent staff!! This makes me furious. It has taken me years to grow my eyebrows and in two minutes someone can just completely ruin them. All I asked for was a ‘tidy up’ so she shouldn’t have even touched the shape. I hope this review can save someone else’s brows.

Sunita done my threading & tint, amazing job, she was very friendly & professional, I would highly recommend.

Went shopping with my sister and niece and would have to say it was very good they have a two way system for walking which as the day went on some people disregarded and in some places it was a bit crowded. Primark are getting a bit more lax and should maybe have a look at things again food court spotless but I did have to wipe down my own table in Subway for us to eat I didnt mind so much as I knew I had my own bacterial wash with me and tissues so whilst my sister ordered I cleaned. Possibly staff should just keep an eye on the tables when customers leave but our sandwiches were lovely no complaints we came away quite happy having had a nice retail therapy day

First time at this place as my usual place is under renovation. Did a really nice job on my Eyebrow thread and colour and my eyelash colour. Reason for loss of one star is, not the friendliest staff I've come across. However, I would go back.

After reading the horrendous reviews and been advised not to come here against my better judgement I came for a patch test which was just slapped on all over the back of my ear neck and hair went back for the HD brows arrived at about 3.45 after checking the website it advised did not close until 8.45 to be told that the member of staff was leaving and would not be able to do this but the website clearly states open until 8.45 I asked If I could just have normal brows to be told it a different patch test and have to wait another 48hrs this is the second time in the same place this has happened I will not be returning and will definitely not be recommending to anyone also the staff are not very friendly and welcoming at all do not know how they make any money horrible horrendous service waste of time!!!

My wife is a regular customer here for many years and recently visited on Sunday, 03 Dec at 5:10 pm but the staff declined to do her eye brows. The time shown in opening hours here is until 5:45 pm. What upset my wife was the lady's rude hand gesture waving at her sginally its closed from a distance without even saying a word. There were 2 other white people at the shop. This lady has done brows for my wife before and knows its just an usual small tidy up job which doesn't take much time. The staff who used to work before in this shop was a nice lady. This one who is currently there needs to be sacked. She has no etiquette or manners. My wife feels that this is a racial behaviour, if it was a white person they would have accommodated. The shop was closed at 5:17pm. Not sure if the owners are aware of this. They have now lost a long time customer forever. She has vowed not to ever return again.
