Superb service once again from Grey Harris Jewellers.Purchased a ring some 17 months ago from this Clifton jewellers and somehow a claw had broken off. When I took it in for repair they did not charge me and I have picked it up today and it looks beautiful.At the same time, I asked them to resize another ring and when they sent it off for repair they felt that the price quoted was a little steep and consequently sought an alternative workshop for the repair . This ring has been resized for a very fair price and I cannot fault the attention to detail and customer service I have received from this excellent jeweller. Many thanks.

It can be daunting trusting others to honour your most prized family heirloom.My Granny gave me her ring & we came here about 15 years ago to have it valued, resized & re-set. They did such a beautiful job..Now it is time to hand it on to my beautiful daughter on her 21st birthday.The service I got from here was above & beyond. I am soooooo glad I came from London to here.Honestly, grateful doesn’t cut it.It was such a relief to know that it was in such good hands.Very trustworthy & extremely kind, in the way that you don’t expect.They took the greatest of care & it was a very joyful interaction.Thank you

Absolutely would recommend. Sourced old cut diamonds to replace two pearls in a ring that I own. I am beyond delighted with it. What I really loved is the service, received a handwritten personal note saying my ring was ready for collection.

Very professional and personal service. Even though we are only very occasional purchasers, they remember our name, address and the few items we have bought.Another welcoming visit. The window display may look expensive, but they have jewellery to suit every budget, and take great care to ensure that each customer is happy with their choice.
