I have previously had a positive experience, but my last visit was the final one. The reception staff were blunt and argued with my requests for work I did not want carried out during my service (I was not trying to reduce the cost). Standard parts were not available / in stock, causing extended down time, and when the vehicle was collected i was informed that an additional £10K of urgent work was required! (+ weeks of down time) The vehicle was collected and taken to a non MB commercial van workshop and was permanently and safely fixed for £600, and flew through the next MOT. I can not recommend the Swindon branch.

Poor communication and utter rudeness. We've been trying to contact Rygor for an update on our vehicle. Either the phone goes unanswered, emails are not returned or promises to return calls are not kept and this has been going on for 2 weeks now. When I finally got through, the woman I spoke to was so rude and clearly couldn't be bothered to answer my questions. We've had good service from Rygor in the past but on this last occasion it has been shocking.

Your young service receptionist needs a few lessons in customer service.I felt I was an inconvenience to her, she was unable to answer a few straight forward questions when asked.Asked for a record of the full service carried out, said she would email to me, still waiting after four weeks!As it was I had to return after the service because you didn't have a pollen filter to fit during the service! A 50 mile round trip for a 5 minute job.Your company are loosing a lot of business if my experience is anything to go by. Will not be using Rygor ever again.I emailed as you recommended, guess what? did not get a response! What a shower you lot are

We purchase a used van from estar truck and van in Manchester with 2 years extended warranty. During the 1st year there was a fault with the van, at the time led to believe under warranty and repaired at Rygors Swindon. It turns out that our warranty was cancelled by estar!! a 1 year warranty was reinstated though did not cover the repair. If we had known the repair would not be covered we would not of had the van repaired at Rygors and used a much more reasonable garage. The van was miss sold by estar and not as described. We never received our full 2 years warranty from estar and find the whole experience of buying a used Mercedes van from their authorised dealerships wholly unacceptable. We will not be buying another Mercedes vehicle again.

Just dropped by to take some stuff out of my work van after leaving it with Ryfor yesterday morning. The place was already closed by the looks of it even though it says 14:00 on their online schedule. Was greeted by a mechanic/technician that would only say We're closed

My van had to go in for a recall issue.Had a great service here today.They were prompt, as I had a booked appointment time, the job was completed quickly.Counter reception lady was very nice and friendly.I was able to wait for this job to be done in their waiting room area. They have a free drinks machine and they give you a WiFi code, so you can use your phone while waiting. Generally, the reception there is normally bad for you own phone data.I have had many problems with my new Mercedes van when I bought it there a few years ago, and found the staff back then were not helpful at all! Especially when you had just spent £35k on it!The staff have now changed over the years here, it's now much better in my opinion.

Without doubt some of the worst customer service, go and retrieve my employers truck after it had been repaired to help ease their congestion in their very busy yard, unfortunately it was parked in by three other trucks. After notifying the service desk with the number plates of trucks and over an hour of patiently waiting, they had still not moved, so in an effort to get someone’s attention I turn up to their door which is now locked I knock on the door which is noted by their parts service desk employee who is sat eating what looks like crisps, he peers round and proceeds to hide and then use another access point to close the blinds so I can no longer see him or notify anyone. And this is how they treat a long standing customer who has spent multiple thousands of pounds of many years. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be treated like a mug.
