Very nice Persian food. Reminds me of home cooking meals. The staff were also very nice and friendly. Good for a special occasion.

We enjoyed a really delicious meal here. I do understand the previous reviewer's point that some of the dishes are a bit thin - my lamb stew had only two pieces of lamb for example, and we also found the aubergine dishes a bit thin on the aubergine - but we certainly didn't have any inedible food and it was actually really rather delicious. The wine was middling but not exorbitant and the staff were really lovely. We'll certainly be heading back from time to time!

Great people and service, but not the best Persian food. Try elsewhere if you're looking for traditional Iranian food.

Both management and staff professional with a good personality. Food was visually nice and very very tasty. Toliets v clean with excellent hand towel soaps etc. All in all the place is inviting, romanticish and can also be good to eat alone were u lucky enough to get a table.

Food was very good, and so were the drinks. Atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly. Even though there was a slight mixup with the order, the staff was apologetic, and it got solved quickly.Having said that - the price was excessive for some of the portions we were given; especially for the Mazeh platter. The Mazeh platter is described as 4 starters alongside bread for £19. We received 3 small bowls of dips, and a small bowl of seasoned olives with 5 strips of bread. Whilst the dips and olives were nice, the quantity of bread left a lot to desire - leaving us eating spoon fulls of yoghurt and humus, not wanting to waste what was an already expensive dish. Overall, the general volume of the starters nowhere near justified the price notwithstanding the high quality of the different components. The meal was generally very nice, but once again, the mains surprised us greatly due to the size of them. The barberry rice was nice, and was filling, but the other option we chose, the duck breast stew, was surprisingly small. Having looked at the menu we saw a reasonable price of £12 for a stew and so chose to order it. What we did not notice (and were not actually asked about by the waitress) was the £5 additional charge for rice (this being one of 3 options for sides - which were not listed as a pre-requisite for ordering this dish). This came as a surprise to us when checking the bill afterwords, seeing as the stew was rather small and so was the amount of rice, which again, was £5 extra. The final bit of criticism is the ~12% service charge which was added to the bill - even after the mixup in our orders. I can understand a service charge, but in the UK a 12% seems excessive, especially after a mixup in our order.Overall - good food, but overpriced given the portion sizes, 3/5.

Great Persian tastes. Portions are small considering the price. The atmosphere and musics can be better to represent an authentic vibe matched with the food.Liked it overall

Wonderful food, great service and fantastic drinks.... We had the Mezze starter followed by the mixed meat kebabs and both were outstanding... Tried one of the vodkas which was a little tarte for me but the gin and the wine went down very well - and good wine pairing recommendations. Finished off with the baklava... So so good!
